    I was super impressed by every aspect of Randy’s Electric. First, their scheduling is top-notch. The gentleman who answered the phone could not have been nicer and made me feel like I made his day simply by calling, and the woman who handled confirmation calls was also super friendly. Second, I received multiple confirmations by telephone, email and text. I had had various no-shows in the previous week by plumbing, a different electrician, and handyman vendors so I was very glad for the proactive confirmations and the awesome customer service by Randy’s Electric! The day of the appointment, I also received an email with my electrician’s name, photo and bio. Whoever is in charge of the Randy’s confirmation process, give that person a raise! Great idea and very welcome. Lastly, my electrician Tom Leahy could not have been nicer, more skilled, professional or efficient, and did a great job! I also asked him for a quote for additional building work on behalf of my condo association, as I would use Randy’s Electric again in a heartbeat. Outstanding experience

    I would definitely hire Randy's Electric again. Mike Mueller was the electrician today. Very professional and efficient. I especially appreciate the good/clear communication from the time I called and spoke with the receptionist all the way through completion of job. Receptionist clearly explained what I should expect (how pricing works, given options before work is done). Went exactly as she had described. I also received text and email reminders about the appointment (per my preference) and a 'heads-up' call from Mike when he was on his way. He was patient listening to my electrical questions and gave options for how to address the issues at varying price points. Thank you, Mike

    Everything went well. When Branden checked out our old electrical system, he gave us four options for the work we wanted to have done. He explained each option and gave us an estimate for each one. We chose the most detailed and expensive option that involved much more work than just installing a new outlet. The work involved a new AFCI & GFCI combo breaker installation, installing a new circuit for a 15-20 amp or 115-240 outlet (with new breaker and new wire to new outlet location), medium junction box, and a new outlet. He was here all day, and we are completely satisfied with the work he did, including a good cleanup job

Zach was careful of our home and explained everything he was going to do. He evaluated the problem, replaced a thermostat and showed me how to work with the new interface.     It was a great experience working with Norske Electric from start to finish. Brevik was able to give me a quote over text after I sent him photo of our circuit breaker box. We needed 41 electrical outlets, 16 light switches replaced &amp; a new outlet installed in the garage. He scheduled 2 electricians about 6 weeks out &amp; responded to our questions promptly. Cameron &amp; Juan arrived on time &amp; were very organized &amp; methodical in assessing the work of the day &amp; in clarifying our plans. They offered information &amp; were knowledgeable about the proper height for our dining room chandelier while always affirming personal preferences. They advised us about purchasing light fixtures for our utility &amp; laundry rooms. We have an additional project which involves removing wood paneling from our family room walls. They offered to take the paneling off in the areas where we need electrical outlets installed or to return after the building contractor has removed the paneling which would be less costly. They completed this work in a day &amp; were very easy to have in our home. We will hire them again in the next few months to complete installations of outlets &amp; light fixtures.
