  With all of my heart I would like to thank Life Roofing for doing everything in their power to rescue me from a disastrous roofing situation. After a massive hail storm, my 22-year old roof suffered major damage, and finally gave way during a strong thunderstorm and rain water began dripping in through the roof, punched a hole through the ceiling, and rain was pouring in to a bucket on my guest room floor in the middle of the night. As a first-time home owner, I called my mom for help, and she put a call in for me to Life Roofing – who had done an exceptional job replacing her own roof that was damaged due to hail this year, and her next door neighbor’s roof as well! Life Roofing called me right away and sent someone out early the next morning to apply sealants and tarps to cover my roof so no more rain could cause further damage to my home while we began the process of placing a claim with my insurance company. I would like to first sincerely thank BENGY BERSIN who came out personally when the estimator came to assess the internal and external damage to my roof and home – his leadership, direction and input helped accurately and honestly capture the damage report and photos that were sent to my insurance company. Second, I would like to thank TABITHA BLACKLEDGE who worked tirelessly for weeks and weeks with me and my insurance company, who dedicated her time in countless emails, phone calls, and texts, to do everything humanly possible to take care of me and get me through this crisis. Her dedication, attention to detail, exceptional knowledge of the business, her experience, professionalism, heart, and persistence are what made my new roof happen. THANK YOU, TABITHA!!! Third, I would like to thank the entire Life Roofing crew who came and did such an outstanding job on my roof, making it beautiful, strong and new again in record time – all in one day!   <strong>Positives</strong>: Roof-Tech responded quickly to my request for service and provided an estimate in good time. The patching job they did the second time I used them has held up well, even in the severe &quot;rain event&quot; (there were actually 2 of them) in June 2015. They guys who actually did the work were courteous and prompt. <br /> <strong>Negatives</strong>: My roof looks pretty awful in the areas where they patched, because the hi-tech material they use was applied sloppily. The first time they patched they used material that is an ugly yellowish color, the second time the material was white and somewhat better looking, but now I have two instead of just one layers of non-matching patches on my roof. Because the patched areas are in the rear of my house I can live with this, but if they were visible from the street I'm sure they'd damage the &quot;curb appeal&quot; of the house. Also, the first patching job did not hold up well when tested by a very stormy summer; that's why it had to be redone, just after the warranty had expired (of course). And finally, like other roofers in the area, they get very busy during rainy season, and I had to wait quite a while for the actual service, even though I had done business with them before. Given the cost of the work, I believe it should have looked and functioned better. <br /

  We called Arrys after our roof started leaking. We were brand new to the home and had been told the roof was relatively new. The guy who came out was amazing! He showed my husband how the nails were popping up through the shingles. He advised that we'd need a new roof sooner than expected, but that in the meantime, we could patch those spots ourselves if needed. He gave my husband some pointers so that we wouldn't have to call them every leak. Those pointers and that help was a HUGE relief to brand new homeowners. That was 3 years ago now. We've used their advice to hold on until we were able to afford a new roof. We are now on their schedule for a new roof in a few weeks. The sales guy that came out for that, Jeff, was absolutely amazing in explaining our options and what was needed. He came out in August, and then we had to delay the project. We wrote them back in May, and within a few days we had an updated quote and were back in touch with him. I will update/edit once the roof is installed, but the peace of mind this company gave us for the few years we had to wait is something we are so grateful for, and I would recommend them to anyone I know

  Shortly after the old roofing material was removed down to the wood deck it started to rain. The work crew's attempt to tarp the exposed roof was not sufficient which lead to large water stains on the inside ceiling. The crew resumed work after the 30 minute rain storm passed and the new roof was installed by 9:30 pm. The next morning I inspected the new tapered roof system and discovered the newly installed drip edge was too short, and the rotted facia and soffit had not been repaired. I immediately called and explained my concerns to sales Mgr Scott. He and estimator Max promptly met with me later that afternoon to inspect the work performed. Scott said they would make sure I was completely satisfied with the job and address everything that needed to be done (including painting the water-stained interior ceiling). Although it took an additional 13 days before everything was resolved, I'm satisfied with the outcome and work performed. I appreciated how responsive the company was to my calls and questions

  Very well. The guys were all very professional. Owner even came out and checked on the progress. The new roof job was started about a week before Hurricane Irma came through. All they had done was install the new underlayment and held off the actual delivery of the new tiles until the hurricane passed (I guess a good test of the job they had done thus far.) No leaks during the hurricane. Roof looks nice. No complaints what so ever

  They replaced 13 roof tiles, 7 of them I supplied. It took 2 men about two hours. Charged me $775.00. I had a $100. coupon and I did receive my permit fee back. ( said they did need one ) The price is a little high for the work that they did
