    We wholeheartedly recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design and we are not new customers… but a repeat ones. Jacob and his team did an amazing job with a full redo of our backyard. They were professional, courteous, easy to get along with, and did great work. We found his fees to be very reasonable, and we appreciated his detailed estimate. Here is a list of why we recommend Jacob. 1. Impeccable Design. Jacob referred us to a landscape designer who did a phenomenal job with designing the project. The designer was reasonably priced and responsive to our feedback and edits. 2. Accurate Estimation. After he received our final plans, Jacob provided a detailed line-by-line estimate. No other estimates were as detailed. 3. Phenomenal Crew. Jacob’s crew was professional, courteous, and they finished the project on time. They did a great job with a new retaining wall, new trees, new shrubs, an extension of our patio, new sprinkler zone, drainage, and a zone of artificial turf to support our new swing set. They had clearly done several of these projects in the past. 4. Changes. Jacob and I agreed on several changes through the project (e.g., new sprinkler zone and some additional trees) and the final invoice accurately reflected those changes. We are all excited to enjoy our backyard

    I recently purchased a fixer, and I wanted to rebuild everything and to place it back in the market for sale. The project included removing all the interior up to the studs and to change also the layout so it will have a large open space and modern.I got 6 estimates when trying to find a contractor to do a large project, and this was my first sign that Oren and SOD Home Group were a step above all the rest. The other estimates came as a price estimate through a text message and via phone calls, and nothing more. Oren completed a full scope-of-work in the contract, while paying attention to my wants and needs for the work. He presented the 3D design contract in a branded folder with additional forms and instructions and went over it with me for several hours. Oren set the expectation of what materials I needed to purchase and what he would supply at the onset and pointed me toward where to purchase many high-quality materials at a good price. If I had questions about pricing or materials, he was available via phone, text or facetime to consult and let me know if I should purchase it or if he could find a better price for a similar product.Once the work began, it proceeded quickly and Oren handled all the coordination from start to finish. His wonderful teams were thorough and polite while on site, answering all my questions and taking my requests or suggestions into consideration. End result- the new house looks amazing! I couldn’t be happier. I’m a real estate agent so I work with a lot of different contractors and I can tell you most of them are horrible. SOD Home Group pays attention to the business and customer relations aspects, not only the work to be done, and that means a lot to me.     We cannot say or write enough good things about Jacob and his company 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design! Jacob was quick to respond during the entire project. He made sure to visit the house at least 3-4 times a week, and his quote was well within our budget. He gave us several remodeling options and provided us with many suggestions while respecting our priorities. When he came to do the actual remodeling work, we were blown away at his vision and professionalism. He prepped our house with great attention to all the details (small or big), kept the dust to a minimum, asked us to join a walkthrough at the end of the work, and also made sure that his employees cleaned each day before they left to their homes. We had Jacob remodeled our Kitchen, 2 bathrooms and repair several cracks from the foundation. Jacob took extra time to explain to us how he repaired it and even took care to match the house paint texture. We are so grateful and impressed by Jacob and his spirit of excellence. Well done.     We knew we wanted a water wise front yard, but we also wanted it to look good. We're not landscapers, so we contacted Ken Bragar. We discussed some different options and pricing. Ken did a terrific job of walking us through different ideas and costs. He drew up plans, showed them to us, made some revisions per our input. He came in with a price that was very fair, so we hired him. He and his crew were very professional. They were punctual and hard working. They completed the job in about 3 weeks. They cut broken concrete to form a patio and walkway. They used a combination of small cobblestones and two walkways of decomposed granite for the parkway.  They also installed a complete drip irrigation system for the drought tolerant plants that they installed. Ken was there everyday. The end results far exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the results and would recommend Ken Bragar to anyone looking for the best in landscape design and installation. <br /
