If a return is applicable to your purchase, and you return your Xbox All Access purchase, your account will be credited appropriately. If you have already made payments on your Citizens Pay Line of Credit for Xbox All Access, you will receive a check for the amount that has been paid. If no further purchases are made using your Citizens Pay Line of Credit for Xbox All Access, your account will be closed after a period of inactivity—usually 90 days.
