  3. Everybody thought for a tech company to open stores was crazy. But Apple zigged while everyone zagged. The Apple Store positioned Apple as a luxury company. Walk down Fifth Avenue, Champs Élysées & you see Vuitton, Cartier, Hermès, and Apple.

  4. didn't start out as a luxury brand. It was the best house in a sh*tty neighborhood—tech hardware. A world of cables, geekware, acronyms & low margins. Then Jobs looked across the tracks at town & thought, Why can't I be the best house in the best neighborhood?

    I joke about drinking. But if you feel substances have control over you, address it. Twice as many Americans died from alcohol-related health problems between 1999 & 2017, and the pandemic made things worse.
