The job was started immediately after approval, with the major portion of the work being done within the quoted time frame. However, after the major portion of the job was done, there has been no follow up contact to check on the job, or to do the promised fertilization. Also, depression ruts in the yard, where equipment had to make access to the portion being worked on were not repaired to the way the yard was prior to the work. Also, an area that was used as a staging area for delivered fill was short of repair sod and is now left undone.
I would have given 5's for the work done except for these unfinished items.
