Arc Insulation went above and beyond our expectations. Chris was such a pleasure to work with and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. We did spray foam insulation and had several companies come out to give us a quote. No one seemed to have the knowledge or customer service Arc Insulation was able to provide. Luis performed the actual spray foam insulation and did a wonderful job. Our home is now night and day with comfort levels. We could not be happier with this company and will use them in the future for insulating our crawl space. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have spray foam insulation done right.

We hired Chicago Environmental Construction when we needed emergency asbestos work done for a leak in our ceiling. They filed and obtained an emergency permit, and removed a 5ft by 6ft section of our ceiling quickly, safely and cleanly. They were professional, trustworthy, and efficient- keeping us up to date throughout the project with pictures and text updates. We will be using them for any work we need done in the future. Excellent! Our technician Daniel was very thorough. He took before and after pictures of our attic so that we clearly understand the project. He also took preventative measures - additional treatment and removed any insulation blocking the ventilation. He definitely went above and beyond because he took preventative measures on the entire attic and not just the active mold sites. They also offer a 25 year warranty that is transferable if you sell your house - WOW!
