It was excellent. They were very good. They knew what he was doing. I knew a lot of well pump workers but they can't fixed my well. He was the only one who fixed it.

Steve Beck was very helpful in explaining the process and, after he completed the job, good at explaining his findings and repair. His prices were the lowest I found in the area. He also completed the job very soon after estimating it by visiting the site. I would use him again without hesitation. Where he faltered was when he failed to mail the material about his work and the pump he installed to me at my home address (I am an out of state owner). I recently spoke to him and he had yet to send it, weeks after completing the job. I look forward to receiving it!

The came to my house, were confused about the type of pump (a "constant pressure" pump) which I don't think is any special technology. Spend some time diagnosing, suspected a pressure sensor. Said they would order & call me back. Never called! Several weeks later, I called again: said they would call me back. Never called again! Pretty unprofessional! Wasted a lot of time waiting.

The service went really well. They were knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing. The pricing was fair. They gave us a quote; their estimate matched the final price. They also had to install a new high-pressure holding tank. The old one wasn't working and had to be replaced.

The guys were prompt and courteous and got right to work with special skills required. They had a new pump and necessary parts with them so there was no ordering delay. This was so helpful and prevented us having to get a truckload if water to our storage tank on our rural property. The team was father-son, and nephews I think. Very talented and we were happy with the fair price.

It was almost impossible to get them to come here to give an estimate. They came to the site after 3 attempts to get them here and after a month of waiting. When they did come they looked at the site and we asked for a written cost estimate for the work and they left promising to give us one. We never received an estimate from them nor did we ever hear from them again.

Very good work WHEN they came. Keith - assume manager or owner - was awful on follow up. Had a pressure tank bladder that was supposed to be replaced and he said they would do it within a week. Month went by, I followed up and he said he had forgotten and would call me back. Never heard from him again. I completely understand people get busy and things slip. However, no excuse when it happens more than once. There are other providers. Would recommend you try one of others.
