We hired HomeTech to do an extensive home remodel in our recently purchased house in Los Altos. They took house down to the studs, reinforced foundation, reconfigured layout and build additional 700sf . This was our first remodel and we were looking for a company who would be willing to take the time to answer our questions and help us from the beginning and through the project. Moses and his team are amazing and we couldn't be happier with our new home! I decided to completely redo my old house and hired Bay Remodels to do all the work. I have never done anything like this before. Bay Remodels totally rebuilt my home in the spring/summer 2018. In fact, it was the construction of a new house after the demolition of the old one. I had never built a home before. It was an overwhelming experience. I had interviewed three builders and I chose Arsen. It was the best choice I made. I don't have enough good words to say about Bay Remodels. I've had so many friends that have built with other builders that have turned out to be a disaster. No matter how strenuous the construction, Arsen always found ways to smooth out the tension. WE LIKED THE DESIGN OF THE HOUSE. THE SALES TEAM WAS GREAT. THE HOUSE WAS ON TIME IN BUILDING. UP UNTIL THAT POINT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THEN WHEN WE MOVED IN AND HAD TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER REP. PEOPLE WITH THE FOLLOW-UP AND THAT WAS DISASTROUS. WE DIDN'T CARE MUCH FOR THE CUSTOMER REPS AT ALL. AND BECAUSE OF THEM WE PROBABLY WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER HOME FROM THEM.

Done Right Home Remodeling
My mom and I came across Done Right Home Remodeling while they were remodeling our neighbors house. We called Ray for a quote on 2 bathrooms and to change out the flooring. They were able to come out the following day which was very convenient. We decided to go with them because Ray was super knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns head on which insured us that if any problem arose he would be present and hands-on. All in all the job was done as promised and we couldn't be happier. 5 stars all the way for Done Right Home Remodeling.

Throughout our entire process we received incredible customer service and support. Communication was outstanding with weekly and daily contact from our site manager during the project. Overall the build was amazing value with high quality finishes even with adjustments to plans and specifications. The process was very efficient, taking 14 months from first day on site to handover even with extreme wet weather at the end thanks to our very efficient site manager. We would highly recommend M&M Construction and Home Design for those choosing to build their dream home in a cost effective and timely manner

Our construction was made complex by the fact that we split it into two back-to-back phases, while living onsite. We first tore down a portion of an old home, which we rebuilt into half of the new home (complete with kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, garage), completely finished. After moving from the old home into the new addition, we rebuilt the old home (from foundation and flooring up) into the other half of the new home, and finally connected the two sides. From the first day of demo until we completed the project, it took a little over a year and a half, with each individual construction project taking about half of that time - which we found very reasonable. Ken was very accommodating in making it so that we could live on site at all times, as well as allowing us to make refinements to the plans (when things weren't explicitly called out) all along the way. He did do very good work - calling in all the subs he needed to get the job done (i.e. roof, tile, plaster, paint), and was very competitive on price. Overall, we are very happy in our new home and are happy that we made the investment with Ken.

Ari was absolutely wonderful! He explained the entire process and answered our questions. He helps us put together the most beautiful bathroom & kitchen, living room and great room that we have always wanted. Likewise, our Project manager Gideon answered any questions we had during the installation process, kept us informed of his progress, very considerate of the house, leaving it each day spotless and at the completion of the project made sure we were satisfied with the work and made sure all mechanical and electrical equipment worked properly. Gideon did a fantastic job on our project. He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up like a pro would do. Our project manager communicated very well with us and with Ari the owner that was very involve in our project, Gideon and him were all on the same page. Our whole house bathroom & kitchen looks amazing. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality is above and beyond. I'd have Everlast back on any project I needed done. They did a lousy job. The exterior of our house only has one coat of paint. It's very faded. They did a very poor job. I would not buy a home from them. We've had to fix toilets, fix light switches, carpeting, baseboards, cabinetry and redo the interior paint as well. We have cracked wood and cracked cement to fix now. Do not buy a home from Brookfield Homes, it will save you a lot of money. Try someone else.

I’m a real estate investor in the Bay Area of San Francisco, ran into Jay the owner of Greenstar construction in one of the job sites in my area. I was impressed with his work and decided to hire him to work on a home addition gor one of my projects. They started in November, and completed a week ago. They built 300 sad which included bathroom and kitchen in a in law unit. Very professional and very nice people. I will hire them in the future.

Argos Construction
Argos Construction has built us a new home after completely deleting the old one last summer. It was a lot of work to re-build the whole house from the foundation. My mother is disabled and the house had to be equipped with a convenient ramp at the entrance. Argos Construction brilliantly coped with the task! We could not be more happy with our new home. Viktor is a very skilled builder and has a great crew working with him. They are very dedicated to his projects and truly craftsmen. This Company completed a significant remodel and upgrade to our kitchen, mudroom and first floor bathroom. We had some initial plans when we met them, but Oren quickly pointed out we'd be doing a lot of work and still end up with a small kitchen. They suggested taking out a load bearing wall, which we never had considered, and the end product is amazing. Their ideas and experience came into play whenever we were unsure and it ended up being a big project with great results. All staff and contractors were top notch.

Dani Summe came to our home to take a look at the project and was pleasant with good ideas. She bid for our project and we accepted her offer. We were really looking forward to working with her and Wise Builders. Unfortunately, two days after we confirmed with Dani that she was our choice (among 7 companies that bid on our project) and after notifying everyone else that we had made our choice, Dani called me to say that she had a bigger project to work on (a whole house remodel), and would therefore not be able to work on ours. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement. We inquired if she would ask other project managers in Wise Builders for their availability to take over instead. She replied the very next day telling me that nobody at Wise Builders was available until Summer 2022. Not sure how true that is but I guess we should consider ourselves lucky that Dani and Wise Builders dropped us before and not during the construction itself. I can fully imagine that they would demo everything and walk out as soon as a more lucrative project came along.

Oren and team just did a full rebuild of the porch of our 1925 home. The proposal process was great, and crystal clear, with good options which showed he listened to our needs. Oren gave us updates throughout the process via text, sending me photos when he needed my input. The guys on his team were professional and on time every morning, and did a few extras just 'cause it made it better. Once the old platform was removed, we discovered that the frame had been "creatively" repaired in the past and needed to be rebuilt. The additional work was transparently priced, done quickly, and very sturdy. The final product is beautiful and will last a life time. And it was done on schedule.

So if your need repair done to your home on time like framing, sheet rock, stucco and with painting and let's not forget my severe damage to my electrical, the crew from Silicone Valley knock out all that work in less then six day's you can't ask for more service !!!
