He rolled with some changes and we couldn’t be happier. Oren was there every day to make sure all was going well, and he responded quickly to any text or question I had.Another thing I like about working with SOD Home Group was that everything was in writing. There were no surprises, and he did everything (actually more) that was agreed upon.We had SOD Home Group rebuild our entire home including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, entry, garage and more…. Besides that, he added a set of stairs with 2 landings down the side of our hillside home. Part of the work was to remove the popcorn ceilings & re-plastering, removal of drop ceiling lights and install new lights instead. Removal of carpet and new flooring and molding installed, replaced old vanity with a new one. Everything looks so gorgeous, I couldn’t be happier.Oren’s prices may be higher than other contractors, but he is worth it for so many reasons. Mainly; I didn’t feel like I had to oversee every detail. Second, peace of mind- to know that the work is done right and will last.Our new home came out much better than we imagined and we are highly recommend Sod Home Group to all. Thanks Oren!

The project was flawless, beginning to end. Barak, the project manager was on site frequently and checked in to make sure the milestones were met. We had two dedicated workers and the were on time, very tidy, followed COVID protocols and were very pleasant to have around.

We are thrilled with our decision to hire SOD Home Group to remodel our entire home. We worked with Oren and Jhon on the design and details of our remodeling project (New Kitchen, two Bathrooms, Floor entry and more). The 3D design was so good that we could see how our home will look like after the design. They went step by step with us and explained in details what we are getting, how and how much. After 4 months of remodeling (with delays because of COVID-19) we had our entire home remodeled and we are so happy about the process and the result outstanding quality and clean job.. We highly recommend SOD Home Group for any large construction project. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. We do a lot of our own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but we found SOD Home Group to be by far the best construction company we have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Oren is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with. If you want a job completed with no stress and the assurance you are getting it done right, then we feel strongly that SOD Home Group is the one to call.

We hired SOD builders to completely gut and remodel our kitchen, bathrooms and living room. living at a house without a kitchen or living room during any type of remodeling is not easy but SOD builders and his excellent supervisor and the working team, the living at the house during the work was possible and definitely worth it. They all were very polite, experienced and skilled group of hardworking people that after this remodeling, we will absolutely hire them again for any remodeling projects no matter what the cost will be compare to any other company. Their approved to work overall system and communication skills with everyone on the team that was at the house during the work, was terrific. On top of all the above, the work quality that was done -- was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is searching to remodel any part of their living space.

We had such a positive experience with SOD Home Group, especially in working with Oren that we feel the need to write a review in case if someone else out there is searching for the same type of work on their home or even just a good construction company/contractor to work with. Prior to SOD Home Group, we worked with another contractor who not only didn’t deliver but took off with our money. We then contacted other contractors hoping they can do the job or recommend someone who is reliable to do the work, but it turns out they can only perform smaller projects. We decided to just give up on our vision of having a complete remodeling project of our home all together since it was too difficult to find someone who could take on the job and be trustworthy. But every time we looked at the wall it bothered us, I know first world problems, so we gave it one last shot. We sent a request out to multiple construction companies and SOD Home Group was one of the few who responded. When Oren came for the initial consultation, he was very well prepared, knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of details on what was involved (permits, inspections, cost, etc) so we knew we would move forward with SOD Home Group because of him. Long story short, we couldn’t be happier to have worked with him. He was very proactive and transparent throughout the entire process, updating us on timelines and of any delays. The best part of all is that any concerns we had or imperfection that we pointed out, he happily addressed them and got them corrected until we were happy with the results. I highly recommend Oren SOD Home Group! He is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions (and more) , very professional, and responsive. Oren spent over 5 hours during our first meeting showing me all the possibilities that can be done to my house (kitchen, bathrooms, livingroom, dinning room and all the rest of the house), if you know little about all the little details about remodeling your home (like I do), Oren will definitely explain it to you in terms that you will completely understand and turns your ideas into this beautiful 3D design. Oren also had awesome ideas and recommendations on how to attain your dream home. He knows house histories, and why houses were built in a certain way! He is unlike any other contractor that will just throw out random price of how much the renovation could cost you without showing you hard proof. I am a visual learner, so when he made this amazing 3D design using the exact measurement of my house, he by far blown my mind with his experience and knowledge. It even gave me a chance to actually change few things that did not quite look right with kitchen. He will make sure you will enjoy and have fun designing your home. Bar, you are the best!

I hired Shefer Builder to help with a kitchen project. I had a limited budget. I met with Yani Shefer and he took time to really listen to what I wanted AND what I could afford. He had wonderful ideas that could meet my budget. He was involved with the entire process which was extremely helpful. Yani always responded quickly whenever I had questions or concerns. The entire team was professional and reliable. I was so impressed with the results, I expanded my upgrade to include two bathrooms! They are stunning! Seriously incredible. This has been a truly awesome experience from the very beginning.

We have hired and used Rosegold Builders for 3 remodeling projects over a period of 5 years now. This review can show how pleased and satisfied we are with their work and work methods. The first remodeling job was on our 3 bathrooms and we were very impressed with the way they made the designs of them before we signed the contract and of course with the final results. The second remodeling project was to design and build a master suite. It was started with just a concept and with the ideas of Adam and his people, we decided to go with another remodeling job that would be even more challenging for them. This last remodeling project was to create a large sun room at our back yard. When we looked at the blue prints that were presented to us by Adam, we really didn’t know how it will be. We really surprised by the workmanship, all the solutions for all the problems that came up during the remodeling and the final result which was a stunning 550 sq/ft. sun room which we enjoy extremely. And all three remodeling projects were finished within the time frame and schedules including the costs, which is not always doable. Thank you, all the team at Rosegold Builders.

We recently completed a significant renovation to our house, including an overhaul of our kitchen and two bathrooms. SOD Home Group did a superb job ensuring this renovation was completed quickly, safely and beautifully with the highest standards possible. Oren, who is unflappable, an excellent communicator, led the renovation and pays great attention to detail. He should honestly teach a course on time management cause the guy knows how to very juggle several projects without missing a beat. We were overwhelmed with the prospects of the renovation, but Oren allayed all fears and led a great team of professionals to make the renovation a success, and it was completed fairly quickly given the size and extent of renovation. Oren and his team’s wealth of experience came handy in tackling our bathrooms that are smaller. One bathroom was really dark and felt closed in. Oren suggested adding a sky tunnel, something that we never would have considered possible, and initially decided against. However, we changed our minds, and we were so glad we did! The sky tunnel made a tremendous difference, opening up the lighting in the bathroom. I sit this as an example of how the team never pressured us to add on extra costs but would work together to find excellent solutions that were reasonable. Oren would lay out all options and explain the context behind each, but always defer to us without pressure on what decision to make. We really appreciated that as any renovation, particularly with an older house, is bound to have issues come up. It also showed Oren’s flexibility since we initially waved off the suggestion, but then later came around to it. We could write several more paragraphs regarding how incredible the entire SOD Home Group team is and cannot stress enough how grateful we are to all of them for making this a stress free effort. We look forward to working with Oren and the rest of his team again when we opt to renovate other parts of our house in the future.

He’s a perfectionist, and anything that was not to our liking in any way he immediately fixed. Any unforeseen problem was handled in a way that left us happier than we were before. We interviewed many companies for our entire home remodeling before going with SOD Home Group but once meeting with Oren, we knew that we will hire him and his people for our remodeling. Their overall price was very competitive and we could tell that he wanted to do a remarkable work for us. As with any home improvement project, we had some issues are expected but we were shocked at how smoothly everything went. We had a big job including knocking down a load bearing wall and putting up a beam. Our kitchen was very old and outdated so we had lots for the crew to get done. We also heard many horror stories of remodeling projects when the contractors disappear. We had workers here every single day getting our kitchen accomplished. And the biggest shocker of all: they completed the kitchen on time! Yep, I said it. On time. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would highly recommend SOD Home Group.

I did a large scale remodeling project of my house in Hayward CA, with a quality construction. They did the perfect remodeling job on top of the service and quality that all together were much higher than perfect. All the remodeling sections at the house were teared down to the studs and re-built based on a design that was made by them. Asi was an amazing, skilled, straight forward person that know very well how to take care of everything from start to finish! I absolutely recommend them!

We did a remodeling project for our house. Luxcess Home by SOD Builders was very knowledgeable, skilled, did met all the deadlines of many topics related to the remodeling project, communicated with us very often and met the budget very good. The office staff and the project manager were sharp, knowledgeable and always responded punctually to us. The communication was critical during the remodeling process. The painting team did a very detailed job and made sure to cover everything before they even started to paint. After the work was finished, our supervisor came over and checked everything at the house. All his corrections were fixed by Luxcess Home by SOD Builders people on a the same week. Luxcess Home by SOD Builders did the remodeling job done very professionally and to our best satisfaction.

I own a home that’s a historic building and they were able to transform my space in just a few short days from old, ugly, and boring to new and modern! They were very accommodating and the quality of their work is very impressive! I had a very specific design in mind and they were able to work with me to achieve it. Gideon was responsive and easy to communicate with, and the team did amazing work on site. They tore down walls installed new cabinets, lighting, rewired electricity, fireplace, opened up the wall to allow space for an addition, a bigger window to add more sunlight and more.
