    10/10, just fantastic job they have done for my house. Originally we were thinking about replacing whole sidings but the quotes we got from different vendors were just too much. We contacted AA painting, decided to repair some damaged old sidings then paint the whole exterior. Results were stunning , my house looks like a new house, some of my neighbors came to me and praised about the new look of my house now. A crew of 3-4 people worked hard for 5 days straight ( Thanks to great weather ), repaired some damaged sidings and trims, power washed, masking windows and doors, they even covered my RV and veggie garden to protect from sprayed paint. cleaned out all debris after work each day. Price is reasonable, I am glad that I hired AA painting, they are not just a painting company, they can do other repair works too if needed. I highly recommend them for the house repair and painting projects you may have

    Painting by Jerry Wind is in a category all to themselves for painting! They are exceptional in every way. We are a repeat customer (second house they've worked on for us) and they have now painted the entire exterior of our current home (June 2021) and 90% of the interior (June 2018 and June 2021.) From the first contact, they are responsive and in close contact with you. When Jerry tells you he will call you "a week from today to give you a precise start time for your job", he means it. You don't need to chase them down. They communicate with you throughout the project and there are no surprises. They sincerely want you to be a happy customer. The onsite crews at our home have been led by foreman Marlon Reynosa. He is truly outstanding! It is apparent that he loves what he does and the crews were all on-time (every single day of the 3-week project), skilled, respectful, clean, courteous, pleasant, and professional. Their attention to detail is unmatched! They needed to hand paint several large sections of our house due to an abundance of windows, exterior stonework, and landscaping. To a person, they were focused on getting the job done with attentiveness and high quality. One of their crew members, Juan, was focused on the interior study which required stripping wallpaper, repairing the drywall as needed, patching, and painting. The study has a built-in desk and cabinetry, so there were some tricky spots to get to. Juan was patient and diligent. As he concluded the third coat of paint (highly saturated color), he edged (vacuumed) along the base molding to be sure any dust or debris was removed. The study was spotless when he left and ready to go. Marlon worked hard to get us the right color match for the exterior, which we had struggled with in trying to do some previous touch-ups ourselves. At the conclusion of the job, they removed old and incorrect paint cans, labeled the new paint cans, and stored them for us. There is no question you pay a premium for their services, but in our opinion, anyone offering a lower bid will also do a lower quality job. It may not be a bad job, but it won't be to this level of quality. (That has been our experience with other painters.) You get what you pay for with Painting by Jerry Wind and, in our opinion, they are well worth it! We will likely hire them again when we remodel our main bedroom suite so they can finish the 10% of our interior they haven't yet touched! What a wonderful company with great people

It took less than a week and I'm pretty sure he left the yard cleaner than when he came. Shane, the owner, responded to phone calls and emails quickly and I paid the original bid of $5050 for power wash and two coats of paint for stucco siding of my 1,500 sqft bungalow (no trim/doors painted)

    Simply put, John and his team are absolutely amazing. We have a large 5000 square foot home that had not been painted in 10+ years. The cedar siding had hail and woodpecker damage and many areas, especially window sills, that had wood rot. I got a total of 4 estimates on painting our siding and windows. Although John's estimate was the highest, we picked the MPC team because of their commitment to detail, communication, and excellence. I have worked with enough contractors during COVID to know that communication is key. John uses a system to manage all the customer requests and those are communicated via an iPad so that the painting crew knows exactly what gets painted, repaired, etc. On top of that, the fantastic foreman Howard, checked in multiple times throughout the day to update my wife and I on any additional rot they found or suggestions they had for fixes along the way. We were kept in the loop, educated on options, and given clear timelines on when we needed to make decisions. Their team was here about 4 weeks due to the challenges of our project (back side of our home is a hill and it required large scafolding). During that time the John, the foreman Howard, Lucas, and the other crew members all became part of our family. We were actually sad when they finished up because we had grown close to them. We ended our project by having a lunch together on our newly painted deck. If you want the job done right, don't want to have to deal with a bunch of back of and forth, and like worked with friendly and personable professionals, then MPC are the painters for you

    f you are going to have deck work done by this company don't do it!!!! We (husband and I) have a cedar deck that I wanted cleaned and stained again, and the back of our home power washed. The power wash of the back of the home was fine. But when it came to our deck...it was horrible. In the quote they stated it would cost $389 to power wash the back of the house and approximately $3,700 to do the deck. The quote said they would have to sand the deck floor and stairs because they wouldn't be able to power wash the old stain off, then they would power wash the deck, they then would paint the vertical surfaces of the deck, and stain the floor of the deck and stairs. The deck was built in 2015. We allowed it to sit for one year. We then sanded the deck with a rented wood floor sander and palm sander using 60 and 80 grit paper. We then stained it with Sikkens cedar color stain from Hirshfields (oil based). We did the same thing in 2018. I will attach a photo of how nice it looked. Roof to Deck came in and scratched and gouged the deck with their orbital sanders. Then they stained the deck floor while it was in the condition of being scratched/gouged. We called and complained. Rick, the manager, called us back and stated he would come look at it. He came over within 24 hours and said the wood was definitely gouged from the sander. He would have someone else come and sand the deck. I stated he needed to have someone who knew what they were doing. It took a few days because of the rain and allowing the deck to dry, but he sent a new crew. They didn't know what they were doing as It looks the same as the first time. We had complained about the paint job on the deck too. They first crew painted the deck. Rick told us it was done with Resilience Paint from Sherwin Williams. Roof to Deck said they couldn't put new stain on the deck w/o sanding it? Guess what, they did nothing when they put the new paint over the old oil-base stain. In some areas the old reddish stain can be seen through the paint. In other areas where the workers hit the painted areas with their feet or tools, the paint just peeled away. Rick never offered any remedy for that. We left a message and asked them what they were going to do. We had paid $2,100 already to them. We said we weren't going to pay the other portion until it was done correctly. We received a reply from 'Maddy' that she would inform accounting not to charge us the second portion. She also said the stain manufacturer does not recommend 'fine sanding' so they couldn't help us any further. (We did not request fine sanding-we wanted the sanding to be done correctly.) I thanked them for not charging us the rest of the money and also stated that the workers did put in many hours....but they didn't know what they were doing. So we basically spent $2,100 for them to power wash the back of our house and screw up our deck. I spent 12 hours, over three days, palm sanding the deck floor using 40 grit (we needed to take off more of the top wood to get most the scratches and gouges out), 60 grit and 80 grit sandpaper. We are not able to stain the deck floor now because it is too cold. In the spring someone will have to be hired to properly prep the deck for paint and stain. Then it will have to be stained and painted again. The real kicker is we this was the last thing we were to have done before putting our house on the market. BBB has an A rating for this company. When I went back into BBB to read how they got an A rating, it was for their power washing jobs. We are now deciding if we want to go through small claims court to get all our money back, other than the $389 for the power washing the back of the house
