    I called Total Home Roofing for a free estimate on my roof. I had an 11:00 appointment with Mike Hawkins. He actually called me ahead of time and was able to see me earlier. He was very professional and informative, not at all a pushy salesman. He called back 2 days later to see if we had any questions or concerns after having time to look and compare quotes. We were really impressed with him and Total Home Roofing. The crew did a great job putting the roof in and we are extremely happy with the roof. I highly recommend Mike Hawkins and Total Home Roofing

    I had Mike Hawkins from Total Home Roofing come out to give me a free estimate on a reroof. He showed up 5 minutes early and was very friendly and professional. He was not pushy and answered all my questions. He followed up 2 days later as he said he would and I decided to go with him and Total Home Roofing. They kept me informed during the 5 weeks process of getting the permits and materials in. The crew did a great job taking the old roof off and installing the nee roof.     Choosing a reroofing contractor is a significant task. The cost is a major investment that affects your home value, insurance cost and its protection for many years. After interviewing several contractors, we chose RenewPro Roofing, mostly because Kevin Shetter, my RenewPro project manager, was instrumental in helping me reapply for my insurance roof damage claim that was previously denied by my insurance company. When the claim was finally approved the work was done quickly and professionally. All phases of the reroof were carefully explained. Kevin was very helpful with us understanding the reroof job and with us making the payments as the checks were received from my insurance company. They used a peel and stick premium underlayment material that is a definite improvement over older products. I was very satisfied with the roof installation and with their recommendations for a new wind mitigation inspection and new gutter installation. Kevin even got me a check for the damage to my driveway when the shingles were delivered. Yes, I would recommend RenewPro Roofing to anyone

    To replace a roof on your home can be an overwhelming event. But the professionals at Total Home Roofing bring unparalleled experience to the job that clears the fog of uncertainty about replacing your roof. During our first visit from Travis, he walked us through what to expect with replacing our roof. He was available for follow-up questions and was always honest and clear about the process. After the job was complete, he even called back to make sure we were satisfied, and everything was as we discussed. Then came the actual replacement of the roof! The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. He let us know that if we had any questions or concerns, to contact him, and he would resolve or clarify so we were fully informed. Anytime I called Eduardo, he answered the phone and was available. Then if that wasn’t enough, I received daily updates from the main office of what was going on the day before and what to expect that day.     Mother Nature wasn't cooperating, forcing a few delays in scheduling. When the schedule was established, RenewPro stuck to it. The materials were delivered a few days prior to commencement, and on the day of commencement the crew showed up on time. They immediately began working, and they continued working until approximately 7PM -- they arrived at approximately 8AM. After inspection, the crew returned to install the tiles, and that, too, went without a hitch. Again, the crew arrived on time, and again they continued working unitl almost 8PM. There was absolutely no debris remaining, and all materials were removed, including the trailer, the day after they finished

    My over the street neighbor replaced his roof with a cool looking copper tinted metal roof -several years ago. At that time I was very impressed with the team performing the work and the end result. It looked great and still looks great. I wrote down the company's name "Covenant" just in case. Then, when it was time to talk about my roof needing replacement I had a colleague at work bragging about Covenant: he was very happy how Covenant put a metal roof on his house and even showed me pictures. So, I contacted Kevin Showley (Covenant's Sales Representative) who came to the house after my work hours, inspected the roof and gave me a fair price. He showed me the materials used and explained how the whole process would work. He also helped me right away with the financing part of the whole project. That same night I signed the contract and within a few days the permit was attached to one of the windows of the house. Within 2-3 weeks the materials were delivered on the driveway ! A trailer was placed on the driveway as agreed upon on Saturday. Monday at 8 sharp a team of 11 people started on the roof and put a beautiful copper look metal roof on my house within 2 days. I called the company afterwards 2 times for some minor aftercare, and each time they responded within one day ! No kidding: they stand behind their logo: they exactly delivered what they promised to do. It all went so smooth that I can barely believe it is done ! And with a 15 year warranty I feel that ' I am covered '
