Success Story
Andrey joined SST Group in 2003 as an Engineer in a technical department. In 2005 he was promoted to the position of Head Engineer. In 2006, Andrey became Head of the Certification Group, based on which the Department for Certification, Standardization and Quality Control was formed. In 2010, Andrey was promoted to the Technical Director. In 2013, Andrey became the Director of Manufacturing, and a year later – Deputy General Director for New Technology. In 2015, Andrey Proshin was appointed Director of OKB Gamma Special Design Bureau.
Ekaterina joined the company in 2006 as an Engineer. In 2008, she was appointed Head of the Technical Support Department. In 2012, Ekaterina was promoted to Deputy Head of R&D;, and since 2014, she has been the Head of R&D; in SST Group.
Natalia joined SST Group in August 2005 as a Manager in the Sales Support Department. The high degree of accountability and focus on results combined with the desire to develop and further her skills enabled her to gain invaluable experience and knowledge of SST Group products. In 2006, she became Deputy Head of the Sales Department. In 2008, Natalia assumed the position of Head of Operations. In this role, Natalia was responsible for the development and launch of new products in the field of electric heating. Her main areas of responsibility included the following processes: developing new product ideas, initiating their development, preparation of technical specifications, full control of the development cycle, brand development.
Проводя маркетинговые исследования, она изучила методы продвижения промышленной продукции, определив способы повышения конкурентоспособности продуктов ГК «ССТ».
С 2011 года Н. Яркова руководила группой развития проектного бизнеса и направлением «Промышленный обогрев», а в 2012 году возглавила отдел развития продаж продуктов компании «ССТ». На этой позиции Наталья успешно применила свой опыт и отраслевую экспертизу, реализовав несколько ключевых для компании проектов.
В 2014 году Наталья Яркова назначена заместителем коммерческого директора «ССТ». Она считает, что главными условиями успешного карьерного роста для компетентного и энергичного сотрудника являются ответственность и любовь к своему делу.
