  • LIEUTENANT GENERAL JAMES B. HECKER

    Lt. Gen. James B. Hecker is Commander and President, Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. He provides full-spectrum education, research and outreach at every level through professional military education, professional continuing education and academic degree granting. He leads the intellectual and leadership center of the U.S. Air and Space Forces, graduating more than 50,000 residents and 120,000 non-resident officers, enlisted and civilian personnel each year. Additionally, he is responsible for officer commissioning through Officer Training School and the Reserve Officer Training Corps.
  • MAJOR GENERAL WILLIAM G. HOLT II

    Maj. Gen. William G. Holt II is the Commander, Curtis E. LeMay Center for Doctrine Development and Education, and Vice Commander, Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.  The Center advances warfighting through doctrine, education and simulation, while Air University serves as the intellectual and leadership-development center of the Air Force.

    Chief Master Sergeant Randy Kwiatkowski is the Command Chief Master Sergeant for Air University, headquartered at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.  Air University provides the full spectrum of Air and Space Forces education, graduating 50,000 resident and 120,000 non-resident officers, enlisted and civilian personnel each year from commissioning programs to the highest levels of professional military education.   • MAJOR GENERAL JEFFREY S. "JEFF" HINRICHS

    Maj. Gen. Jeff Hinrichs is the Mobilization Assistant to the Commander and President, Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.  Maj. Gen. Hinrichs entered the Air Force in 1992 after graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy. Prior to this assignment, he served as the Mobilization Assistant to the Commander, U.S. Cyber Command; Director, National Security Agency; and Chief, Central Security Service. His career has spanned eight commands and agencies and included Individual Mobilization Augmentee to commanders at the wing and intelligence center levels as well as commander of an active duty intelligence squadron as a reservist.   • BRIGADIER GENERAL MICHAEL T. RAWLS

    Brig. Gen. Michael T. Rawls is the Commandant, Air War College, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. The Air War College is the Air Force’s senior professional military education institution, providing post-graduate senior leader development programs focused on joint, multinational, multi-agency warfighting and international security operations, air, space and cyberspace force strategy development and national security planning.
  • BRIGADIER GENERAL LESLIE A. MAHER

    Brig. Gen. Leslie A. Maher is Commander, Jeanne M. Holm Center for Officer Accessions and Citizen Development, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. As the Air Force’s largest officer accession source, Brig. Gen. Maher leads more than 3,300 Airmen, training 120,000 cadets at 2,085 global locations. The command includes 15,000 cadets at 1,200 colleges and universities nationwide for Air Force ROTC, 3,500 cadets in Air Force Officer Training School at Maxwell AFB, and more than 101,000 cadets in 885 high schools globally supporting Air Force Junior ROTC.
  • COLONEL TERRI A. JONES

    Colonel Terri A. Jones is the Commander of Air University’s Ira C. Eaker Center for Leadership Development, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. The Eaker Center provides leadership education, functionally aligned technical training, professional continuing education and civilian undergraduate education to Air Force and other Department of Defense personnel. The Center is comprised of the Profession of Arms Center of Excellence and six primary schools: Commanders' Professional Development School; Force Support Professional Development School; Air Force Chaplain Corps College; Air Force Civilian School; Air Force First Sergeant Academy; and the Defense Financial Management and Comptroller School. 
  • COLONEL LEE G. GENTILE, JR.

    Colonel Lee G. Gentile, Jr. is the Commandant, Air Command and Staff College, Maxwell AFB, Alabama. Air Command and Staff College is the world’s premier in-residence and distance-learning professional military education college for mid-career officers and civilians, which focuses on the education and development of airminded joint leaders. Each year, Air Command and Staff College graduates approximately 500 resident and over 9,000 nonresident students from all U.S. military services, federal agencies, and 65 partner nations.
  • COLONEL ANTHONY D. BABCOCK

    Colonel Anthony D. Babcock is the commander, Thomas N. Barnes Center for Enlisted Education. In this role he provides leadership for all aspects of enlisted education, including Airman Leadership Schools, NCO Academy (stateside), Senior NCO Academy, Community College of the Air Force, Air Force Enlisted Heritage Research Institute, Air Force Career Development Academy, Enlisted PME Instructor Course and Chief Master Sergeant Leadership Course.

    Colonel Lance Rosa-Miranda serves as the Commandant, Squadron Officer School, Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.  Every year, the school educates over 4,200 Air and Space Force captains, civilians, and international officers to think, communicate, cooperate, and lead in the joint environment. The school's team of military and civilian faculty develop and teach the Professional Military Education curriculum that begins the student's preparation to serve as senior Air and Space Force leaders.

    Dr. Walter F. Jones is the Director and Chancellor of the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He is responsible for a team of approximately 500 military and civilian Airmen and Guardians, who provide professional continuing education to more than 27,000 people annually, and advanced academic education to more than 3,000 students.
