About Us

Our Beginnings

F3 Missing Children’s Intelligence Agency is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The organization is the brainchild of former JSOC Human Targeting Officer Richard Ring. Richard saw a direct application for counter terrorism techniques after aiding law enforcement multiple times in the search and recovery of missing and endangered children. The organization pulls from a diverse talent of former intelligence, law enforcement, special operations, and tech savvy specialists who work closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement.

Leveraging Their Past

These Investigators leverage their previous experiences hunting the most wanted terrorists and international criminals around the world. They approach the mission of recovering missing children from a different mindset than traditional law enforcement, allowing them to supplement existing methods. The organization uses adaptive methodologies and multi-spectrum intelligence collection to get law enforcement to the 1-yard line. We believe that fortune favors those who dare.
