After days or research and contacts with support, I discover that the checkout feature (i.e. showing shipping options) is only for Pro accounts! Plus, there are no default carriers (pre-negotiated costs) as they claim there are. They'd be more honest if they remove the Essential plan as it's a non-existing plan (I mean, it doesn't even show you how the Pro features work, it's just a blank dashboard). Plans are not expensive but there's no way of checking how they work. By the way, it doesn't work for marketplaces and only allows one sender address (I mean, if you have more than one physical store, you cannot include them). Should I say more? At least they had the decency to wipe out database tables on uninstall.

For my purpose it works really good. No problems, good support, love it.

Provider to run away from if you care about your business. The integration is user-friendly, the prices are not necessarily the best, and to be honest, that's where it ends. The big problem is that we have had parcels declared lost by their carriers for months for which we have never received any compensation, even after many reminders without any concrete action from Sendcloud ... In other words, they pocket their commissions + the insurances that we pay to finally let the files drag on until they hope that the customer will give up. After a lot of money lost in the wilderness, we finally opted to stop the haemorrhage by urgently stopping with this clearly dubious service provider.

I've been using Sendcloud for a while now, and always via their site. With setup on WP/Woo I discovered that the only communication is from Woo to Sendcloud. I'd like to print labels directly from the WP-admin page, instead of having another step, so I need some form of communication from Sendcloud to Woocommerce. That being said, the implementation was easy, linking was easy, and everything I did in the past, I can now do without having to create new orders manually. If everything that I'm able to do via Sendcloud was able to do via WP, this would be the ultimate plugin. Right now, it's close, but no cigar.

Very easy going tool to create shipments for orders coming from various different webshops all integrated into a single panel. Every now and then there's some technical disturbances that are usually solved pretty quickly by customer services and/or developers. Worth checking out if you're fulfilling orders for multiple webshops from the same origin address.
