The website of the Federal Antimonopoly Service is registered by the Russian Federal Surveillance Service for Compliance with the Law in Mass Communications and Cultural Heritage Protection as mass media. The registration certificate No. El № FS77-24394 dated May 15, 2006. 

At full or partial use of materials reference to the FAS Russia is obligatory.

The website of the FAS Russia is not funded from the budget of the Russian Federation.

The website is kept up to date from budget appropriation, allocated for annual maintenance of the FAS Russia. 

The fas.gov.ru website is the official web resource of the Federal Antimonopoly Service and corresponds to the No.953 Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 24, 2009 “On access to information about activities of the Government and Federal Authorities of Russia”. The information is published on the website in respective sections and maintained up to date.
