I called Jane for an estimate on the wallpaper borders. The borders are made to order, and that meant that Jane needed to calculate how many yards to purchase, and her calculations were perfect. She originally estimated that the installation work would take more than a day, but was able to prepare the walls, cut the wallpaper borders, and hang it in one day. Her work was perfect, she is extremely professional, her costs were reasonable, and the rooms look great. We are very pleased with her work, and would highly recommend Jane for your project.

HANG UPS
Pam McCoy hangs wall paper so perfectly that the seams are invisible. She also can hang very difficult wallpaper without a glitch. If you want a unique border, she can cut different pieces of the wallpaper, paste them on the wall and you can't even tell it is a "pieced" border.

Pretty well considering all the pieces had to be edge-matched (double-cutting was not an option). Dave did a good job of matching up the panels - from more than six feet away, it is very difficult to spot the seams.

Jane did an amazing job installing the murals. She replied promptly when I initially requested the service and I was lucky enough to schedule things a week later - she usually is booked a month in advance. I pointed out what type of wall murals she would install and she provided a very fair estimate. On the day of installation, she was very thorough with the prep and she would update me on the progress. In the end, she did a flawless job and many people in the office commented that the murals look like they were painted on the walls because they could not see the seams. Jane's professionalism showed throughout the process and I would be happy to hire her again on another project.

Jane came and gave me an estimate and we agreed on a start date based on her schedule. She confirmed our agreed upon date several days prior. I like that! Good follow-up. Unfortunately, the we were having a tree removed from our front yard on the same day, so she had to park halfway down the block. But, not a problem, she arrived, brought in the tools of her trade. I am so happy to report that she did an absolutely perfect job including covering the switch places with a perfect pattern match. I'm inspired to incorporate more wallpaper -- we have an old-fashioned 1937 era house and wallpaper seems like it's true to the character of the house. I would hire Jane again in a second! Someone else said they thought it was inappropriate that she asked to use their microwave. I wouldn't care if she used my stove to heat up her lunch -- she's that good and she's very personable. If you want the job done right with great attention to detail, use Jane.

Very accomodating in setting up the date for the job and asking questions before she arrived so that she had all of the equipment and materials needed to do the job. Did an excellent job installing the wallpaper, including behind a vanity that is set out from the well, and a window with woodwork that extends beyond the window frame at unequal lengths. Really appreciated the extra details such as wallpapering the switch covers and then adding a clear covering to prevent wear and tear. Great job!
