Recent Review: Jack Pixley installed our gas insert, and we've used them for annual maintenance since. Setting up appointments for service is easy and we are informed the day before service when the technician will arrive. The technician carefully covers the area near the fireplace, explains what will be done and how long it will take. After the work is completed, the technician makes sure the area is clean. The technician also does a visual survey of the chimney outdoors and points out anything that could be a future issue.

Recent Review: very prompt to return calls. Turns out only works on gas fireplaces, but very pleasant.

Recent Review: Got it up and running.. Cleaned everything, touched up the paint inside, was personable, efficient, friendly and I would gladly recommend to anyone.

Recent Review: They figured out the flue had spiderwebs in it, which was enough to block the vent. They also discovered that the flue liner had not originally been installed all the way up the chimney, so they lined it and put a new chimney cap on it. The process went very well. They got it done in a timely manner and it works great now.

Recent Review: It went fine. They did a nice job of cleaning the glass and replacing the rock and vacuuming. Basically it wasn't any different then us vacuuming out the upper and lower compartment or cleaning the glass ourselves. They did use a special glass cleaner that worked better then anything we have. And we had never replaced the rocks. They did make sure the fireplace was operating correctly. They were efficient, professional and friendly. We would probably clean it ourselves but would use them for operational problems in the future.

Recent Review: Knowledgeable sales person with several options. Someone came out and carefully measured before we had to sign a contract which was itemized and with "free install" Price very similar to another vendor, but Glowing Hearth was more careful in explaining all the choices and steps. Work scheduled in advance, and performed on time, except a couple items had to be back ordered
