    It went much better than I expected because the work was being done in November. But, to my delight, the work was done well, fast and it looks great!! This was a true example of under promised and over delivered. They also kept of contact regularly as the project was approaching so there were no surprises. The installation of the gate needed a little after install tweaking. Noah returned and it was corrected to my total satisfaction

    We reached out to Northland Fence after doing some research online and hearing good things about them. We were not disappointed! Everyone we interacted with was great and easy to work with, and they answered all my questions in a timely manner. The price was competitive and we chose the ornamental wrought iron fence, which looks fantastic! There was a slight installation delay with all of the shortages going on. But, that's totally understandable and they were upfront about it from the beginning. It was all worth it and couldn't be happier with the end result! Would definitely recommend them

    This is the second fence we've had Northland Fence install, and both experiences have been fantastic. Trisha in the office is incredibly responsive, and was able to walk me through the process every step of the way. Every person I interacted with at Northland Fence, from the fellow who came out to get an estimate to every person out in our backyard working over the month was professional and helpful, and made the experience easy. When we had a small issue with the height of the fence after install, they had someone out within 24 hours to take a look and remedy it. I couldn't recommend them enough

    The prior concrete contractor had installed sidewalks and steps without a proper foundation with the result that they were sliding towards the neighbor’s property which was lower and creating a gap between the concrete work and the foundation (water seepage risk). We were also concerned about our stucco and had a stucco contractor look at our home. Fortunately, they indicated that everything was OK, and no work was required. I appreciated their integrity and asked if they could refer us to a high integrity concrete contractor figuring that good contractors know good contractors. They recommended Crosstown. We got a couple of quotes and Crosstown was the lowest, but not by much. In our discussions I was impressed with Greg Pietig’s knowledge and customer service orientation with the result that we selected Crosstown. I wasn’t disappointed. The crew needed to have access to our neighbor’s yard since the work was right along the property line. They were able to cooperatively and effectively work with our neighbor for access and fulfilled all their commitments and properly handled cleanup. The crew was courteous and efficient. Greg was highly responsive to questions during the installation. Since the steps needed a railing, Greg referred us to an ornamental ironworks firm that supplied and installed it. I have no reservations in recommending Crosstown
