    PBA Siding was fantastic to work with. We replaced our old batten board siding with James Hardie fiber cement. They also replaced our garage doors and front/back doors. They were very reasonable on price, with fantastic craftsmanship. Their crew cleaned up after every shift, and they worked incredibly ho*** ** our house. The house looks brand new, and we are so thankful to PBA Siding! My parents are now also using them on their house, highly recommend!

    Siding installation was great. Siding Materials used were the best I have seen. Even the cleanup was done thoroughly. Siding gets an A+. Gutters were installed quickly and well. Installation gets an A The cleanup was done with minimum effort or care. C-. The windows that were installed were of good constructed and nicely priced for the quality they were. The same crew that did the siding installed the windows as well. Again another great job by that crew. Solid A Entry & Storm Door The entry door we purchased was pretty high cost but the construction and insulating quality is superior. Did need to call about a gap in-between the frame and the door and they were out within a week and took care of it. An A+ for the door and another A for the customer service. Would I use them again? Yes - I have used Continental Siding 3 times and should the opportunity arise again, I will be calling them first

Chris got materials and immediately sent me a photo of the receipt from Home Depot. Then he did a extremely neat and professional job of fabricating and installing a custom insulated panel over the basement door. No more drafts! No more freezing pipes! Excellent communication.     The company did not provide a quote. I made it clear to the salesperson up front I was looking for competitive bids (to try to save time on the bidding process) on Provia exterior doors and was more or less told by the salesperson that they don't sell to price-conscious clientele and they don't repair doors because they don't want the headaches. By the reviews, I'm sure they are a great company, but with such an attitude and not even willing to bid the work (been a couple of weeks now), that is not likely a company I would want to work with anyway as it appears to me they don't want customers that might be demanding or actually have expectations on price or quality, and high price does not always mean good quality in my experience with the trades. The salesperson was nice and spent a fair amount of time explaining why they don't need my business. I've never been in that kind of position, but more power to them and I wish them well. I'd give an F for the smug and unhelpful company attitude who doesn't need my business and an A for at least coming and explaining why they don't need my business which is why I'm giving them at least a C for half-hearted effort

Each of the three companies we ultimately considered could have done a good job, but our experience with Bordner Home Improvement exceeded expectations.     Called to get new railings installed for new concrete steps. Greg came out. We gave him an idea of what we wanted. He took measurments and said he would get us a bid. I called 2 weeks later asking about where things were. I was told he was out that day and would be told we called. It's now been several weeks since I called. Never heard a peep. I understand things happen and I hope nothing bad did to keep him from doing the job or contacting us. But to not hear anything from him or the company? Won't call again for other jobs we have planned

Also, they return phone calls, unlike many St. Joe construction businesses! We have had several projects completed by Boss Remodeling. The house we bought was missing the awning/overhang to the front porch and steps. B.R. installed concrete steps and built the porch railing with overhang beautifully!! Completely transformed the exterior look of the house. They have completed all kinds of projects for us and never disappoint!! High quality work for a great price! Always reasonable pricing, in my opinion the best in town. They go above and beyond and really take pride in their work. Eddy, Tony, and Ray are wonderful contractors who are a joy to work with.
