  GREAT! Movers were professional and friendly. Carefull with furniture and asked questions when necessary. Move was completed within quoted parameters. Wardrobe boxes were forgotten so the owner provided a cost adjustment. Excellent customer service. We used the company a few years ago and had the same quality experience

  We have used this company twice in the past 18 months and would give them more stars if it were possible!! They were professional, prompt, careful, pleasant and polite, and very reasonably priced ... the best company we have used in our lifetime, and we have moved maybe 10 times total. We had such a good experience with them on a local move about 18 months ago, and even though they are primarily advertised as a local mover, we contacted them to see if there was any chance we could get them for our long distance move. To our delight they said yes! We got Jordan, whom we knew from before, and Joe, who was new to us. They were AWESOME! They drove from Lawrence to San Diego to pick up all our household goods, and delivered them safely to Lawrence a few days later. One thing we appreciated most during this very stressful time was that we didn't have to worry at all about our movers and the safety of our "stuff"! That left us free to fret about all the other things that accompany a home sale and a cross country move! THEY'RE THE BEST!!

  I was very disappointed. None of the above questions revealed my disappointment. I think there was a misunderstanding probably on my part. I was under the impression that they were going to pack some of my things. As it turned out they packed nothing and did not even have any boxes. I had to be out of my apartment by 5 o’clock so I ended up having to leave a few things to meet the deadline. They told me my mounted TV could be taken down by them but they were not able to mount it. I agreed with that but they did not take down the TV it was still on the wall when I went into that room. Hopefully I learn something from this move

  Kingdom Movers was a true "God send" for my family. Long story short; we were within a couple weeks of an out-of-state move and left with only one very expensive option. I hung up the phone after hearing our original moving quote increased by thousands of dollars, and within seconds Kingdom Movers called. John and the KM crew we're amazing to say the least. KM is professional, prompt, great communicators, and are fairly priced. Beyond all that they truly care about their clients.   I have moved many times over the past 5 years and used many different moving companies, so I feel like I know a little about good and bad movers. This company was the worst by far! They double booked our moving date after making the reservation weeks in advance. So, moving day was a complete disaster!! They showed up 4 hours late, and we hired them to pack prior to the move, so they sent the office gal who has NO idea how to pack and threw stuff into boxes and did NOT label any of them. Then she left and they had a young man who has never done and packing take over and he did the same thing. They promised they could get the job done in one day, but because of the delayed start it to 2 days. When finally finished it cost me over $3000 for a mess of boxes (with NO idea what was in them, broken items, and damage to doors and walls that had just been painted. This company's owner knows they did a horrible job. This was the worst moving experience ever
