I had a lot of questions about how things were going to be done and, Dennis, the project manager patiently answered every one of them. The crew (Tony, Diego, Theo and others) did excellent work, and they carefully cleaned up the area when they were finished. I would definitely hire them again for other projects. They know what they are doing, and they do it well

    Everything eventually turned out fine! I originally wanted my 20 year old above stove microwave repaired, and Mike & his son Christopher tried to fix it. Unfortunately, the magnetron part they needed to make it work was no longer manufactured. Mike was able to find a refurbished part, and after the work spent installing the needed parts, the oven did not work. It soon became clear to me that I was going to have to replace my old one with a new one. Mike agreed to install a new one (after I purchased it) for no additional charge since I had already paid for parts and service visit which I thought was very commendable. In addition to the normal installation, Mike and his sons had to do some minor construction work on my existing wall & cabinet space because the new microwave was slightly larger than the old one. All in all, I was very pleased with the service

    Ram repair reached out to me with a text message that they heard about our repair needs from Angi. We scheduled a time for then to come to the house to repair the dishwasher that was not draining water. They worked on the dishwasher for a few minutes and they said they completed the repair. The dish water is still not draining - no improvement after service - repair was not achieved - discovered this after using the dishwasher. I then called the Ram Repair appliance representative to inform him about the problem. He said he was in a meeting. When I asked if he would be back to fix the problem, he said he would "get the information'. I then asked if he would call me back after his meeting and he said "yes". After a few hours, I sent him a text to describe the problem and asked him to call me. I later tried to call him again but he did not pick my calls and I was getting his voicemail. It was at this point that I reached out to Angi for help- since I hired this pro ONLY based on the trust I had that Angi vets their pros

    My LG dryer was showing a Db80 code which means time to clean out the vent. Amerijam came out and cleaned out behind the dryer and underneath the filter where I could not reach and even washed off my filter. $95 for the cost but my dryer is drying faster and no more damp clothes at the end of the cycle. Very happy. Came on time and was quick and efficient
