Peter De's Appliance Service
Peter was the kindest guy. He spent a lot of time with me over the phone trying to figure out what was wrong with my washing machine. I have a samsung top loader, which he told me he does not typically service, but was still willing to help me. He ordered the part that he thought I needed and came to take a look. He found a different problem and fixed it within an hour. He then leveled the machine in my very uneven basement! I was very impressed with the service he provided. I never write reviews but wanted to for this nice man. Definitely recommend!

Washing machine wouldn't empty out. Bill identified the problem in about 30 seconds. Had to order part. Got part in approximately 2 days and came out on a Saturday to put it in. Installation of part only took about 1/2 hour. Very satisfied with his punctuality and no nonsense approach.

I can't recommend Brian and his company highly enough. He called me the same day I contacted him, came out as quickly as his schedule would allow, and the service was done in a very safe, professional, and efficient manner by him at a very reasonable cost. He has a truly pleasant demeanor, was courteous and kind during the whole process no matter the circumstances, and went out of his way to return to the house and help me with a stuck garage door. He even maintained his courteousness after I mistakenly locked him out of the basement. I would definitely hire him again for any of my appliance repairs or new appliance installations.

HUB Appliance did work for me two separate times in the last two months, and both times did a fantastic job. First my washing machine broke. Al sent out Justin and John, who were able to diagnose and repair the machine quickly. They did such a great job that when my dishwasher stopped working, I knew right away who to call! They diagnosed the problem and determined that it was beyond repair. I bought a new dishwasher and hired them to return and install. Owner Al is professional and easy to work with, his workers know what they're doing and are pleasant and courteous, and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Horrible service. This company no showed not once but twice. After the first time, they responded by resecheduling and waiving their service fee. And then no showed AGAIN. Fool me once…. Avoid this company at all costs. Angi response was pathetic - they said if it happens we’l check into it. Huh? How about checking into it now Angi??? Two examples of horrible service - they are made for each other.

Great experience with James servicing our Samsung washer. James was responsive to our initial phone call and promptly scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on-time, professional and polite during his visit. James quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the washer needed parts no longer available, but James took the time recommending some new appliance options which will definitely help us moving forward. We would highly recommend using JM Appliance to others and will turn to James again should we need appliance servicing. :)
