    It was easy to schedule an appointment and the electrician - Dudley - came within the scheduling window. He was able to give me immediate estimates. He carried out his work quickly, but also took the time to tell me what he was finding and answer my questions. He replaced the old lamp with a new lamp I bought and put in a new light sensor as well. I appreciated that he then tested the lamp a couple of times to make sure it was working properly, He also did a full house inspection checking the electric panel, outlets, etc

Gregg arrived on time, he had all the parts and tools needed for the job, stayed on the job in hot humid weather even after offers to rest, and most importantly to me he is flexible in working with customers, their ideas, and in finding customer agreeable solutions to unexpected problems.     Fantastically well. Brian was able to diagnose the problem even with my poor description and pictures. Evidently it is very common. Ashpaugh arranged with the tenants to arrive and replace the fixture (plus another fixture that needed attention) in exactly the time window they promised. My tenants were obviously happy to have a functioning light again but more so that Ashpaugh could complete the work in the time promised

    I called Gil on at about 10 am on a Monday morning to repair an antique wooden floor lamp that no longer lighted. He told me to bring it right over. I dropped it off about 10:30 and he left a voice mail about 1:30 that the lamp was ready. He replaced the socket, the pull chain and some of the wiring inside. $33. What a bargain! As some of the other reviews indicated, he was the lamp repair guy at Exciting Lighting until they closed. I have had him repair a couple of other lamps over the years and have found excellent service and work, and this was no different now that he works out of his home. He does require cash, and he told me the only kind of lamps he will not work on are halogen lamps

He was able to find some matching bricks to do the repair option. He did not charge extra to hunt down the brick or to reclaim some of the old brick to intermix it with the new--which helped blend the repair. Nick was a pleasure to work with.     David Electric is literally a life saver! …and just like that, we had no pressure of water coming through any of the faucets or hoses. This happened in the evening, after soccer practice, and my wife’s workout. After making the call to David electric the team immediately came to assess the problem. The pump pressure switch from Schneider electric went bad on the pump. Problem was identified within minutes, new item acquired, and installed BETTER I was also given countless tips on better setting up my system for longevity. Love the team over at David Electric. The second project was exterior trim repair and painting. The most recent project was an attic door replacement, by Darrell and Anthony. (Arrived and finished on time, did great work, and were friendly and helpful!) Each of these projects were quoted fairly and completed within budget and on time. The owner and his crew are respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly.     Wow! Hire this man. I had talked to Reginald several months ago and got a quote for some furniture assembly. Frankly, the quote i thought was a little high so told him I would find someone else. I did find someone that said he would do it. The other guy was a no call no show the morning of appointment. I had wanted to surprise my sons with bunk beds when they boys got back from a weekened trip and was soooo disappointed the other guy didn't show . I reached out to Simply Handy and told him what had happened. He showed up the next day and said he wouldn't leave until it was finished and I would be able to surprise the boys. A man of his word. One of the bunk beds was poorly made and he even fixed it so it would be more safe for my son. What a gem. Hire this man. His pricing wasn't as expensive as I once thought. And you get what you pay for!! Thanks again for all the help
