They're great. Estimator/ Paul came by the house to see what was required. I told him I wanted a gas line run in for a new stove and dryer. I also asked him about installing a pot filler which he advised against due to possible freezing issues. I had asked three plumbers for estimates and Alan Mechanical gave me an estimate of nearly three thousand dollars. Paul's estimate was far less than Alan Mechanical and came in at under $900. Plumber/Russ did a great job and even installed a brand new dryer vent that wasn't expected. He cleaned up after the job was completed and I couldn't have asked for more. Paul came by with the building inspector to check out the work. The building inspector was pleased. After the inspector left I asked Paul to have a look at a spot on my living room ceiling that was freshly water stained. It had been painted over prior to us purchasing the house and the seller's broker insisted it was and old issue that had been resolved. Well that was not true. Paul asked my husband to make an opening in the ceiling so he could have a look. He checked it out and found a loose compression fitting and tightened it up. He wouldn't even charge me for it. They are excellent and I would highly recommend them. They do plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical.

He always answers his phone is truthful and gives you an honest assessment of what he can and cannot do how long it will take and is always on time with reasonable prices. What more can you ask for? I wish he had 2 clones, one to sell the fireplace inserts and another to do the actual installation!

Recent Review: Hank English came out and gave us a quote for adding the laundry to the existing bathroom. When we went to redo the bathroom, it then involved everything. Hank's price was reasonbale for the extent of the work done. Hank was on schedule, came back promptly when some existing pipes leaked (due to age of pipes) during the demo phase, installed all new plumbing lines exactly where they were needed, installed all of the new fixtures appropriately, and took extra care in properly supporting the new jetted tub. We have used H A English on other previous jobs and annual drain cleaning at our house. Hank is always professional, pleasant and neat in his work. He takes the time to clean up after himself and leaves the work area tiddy. I highly recommend H A English and will continue to use Hank in the future.
