Each quality carries a lot of weight by itself and combining them is a rare find. The work started in mid to late September 2021 and was completed ahead of time in mid October 2021. Since the project required different types of tasks, each one was completed masterfully well. We highly recommend this company and plan to use Arta for our future projects in 2022

    Considering that this job was conducted under very adverse conditions (90 degree plus weather, one hurricane, and another torrential, flash flood downpour) it went surprisingly well. There were a few kinks that had to be worked out, but which always resulted in an amicable solution. Mohammed Hye was exceptionally responsive to any complaints. We were amazed that he answered all phone calls, emails, and texts in an incredibly timely fashion. His crew showed up every single day at exactly 8 AM for the entire 3 weeks of the job. All the workers were diligent. They displayed an incredible work ethic under, at times, dire weather conditions. Two week prior to this job, they had completed a three day masonry repair on the facade of the brownstone. Also excellent work

    I was dealing with guy named Cesar. Very knowledgeable person with very good manners. I gave him list of all paint jobs that I expect to be done. He gave me very fair price and date when his company can start doing it. They came on time and did whole house paint in agreed time.     I highly recommend Milestone Restoration. Since a 1920 Brownstone was being restored, it required a mason that was knowledgeable with the care of old bricks. In searching for a mason, Milestone Restoration became the top choice after reading Mik has an engineering background and masonry experience with Brownstones. When Mik came to look at the re-pointing / painting project of the entire 4 story exterior back wall, he knew exactly what needed to be done and the correct mortar for the old bricks. Mik is smart, professional but more importantly responsive whenever I contacted him. I was very happy with the outcome of the 1st project. So much so that I called Mik again to retain Milestone Restoration for two more different masonry projects with the house

    I usually do not write many reviews so I don’t end up biting my tongue later but I had to write this one for sure. Pardeep and his crew saved my remodel project. I was able to find an off market fixer-upper in March 2021 and was in the hole with different companies pointing out things that needed to be fixed and giving me absurd estimates. When I found platinum ladder they showed what exactly needed to be fixed and why, they also gave me different options on the price spectrum. Once we agreed on the work that would be done and the price they started work the following Monday. Everyone that came to work on the house was clean cut and very professional. They wore PPE when in close contact with me and my family and always willing to show us what was going on.     Walt, Max, and the whole crew were absolutely amazing. This was a HUGE project. We basically had no foundation on the back/ side of our house and the 2nd floor overhang was poorly supported. Prior to us purchasing the house the previous owner added a very large addition on top of a very old and poorly constructed “house” . The inspection at purchase did not uncover the issues that we found about two years after when all of the cosmetic touch ups wore off. Walt’s crew ( Supervised by Max) replaced the foundation wall , added piers under the house, replaced all of the floor joists along with new piers, beams, and headers on the 40ft span at the back of the house. This is just some of the larger items because I would be here forever if I listed everything they had to do. Walt kept us informed during the whole project. From start to finish we were on the same page. The house had so many hidden issues but the crew worked through all of it. The price was very reasonable and less then all of the other estimates from competitors. We didn’t have a bunch of surprise increases along the way. He didn’t try to scare us or sell us anything we didn’t need. They are honest and reliable. The results were amazing and so far beyond our expectations !!! They are all so talented. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of contractors!! They have been done for almost a week and we miss them being here already. I will recommend them to everyone
