    I RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL FROM THE SALES PERSON WITHIN HOURS OF PLACING MY INITIAL CALL. SHE ASKED FOR DETAILS OF THE PROBLEM AND DISCUSSED WHAT WOULD BE DONE TO DEAL WITH THE PEST PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING. WE WERE TOLD THE SERVICE REP WOULD CONTACT US TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, AND HE DID SO WITHIN 24 HOURS. HE SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT AND WAS ON TIME (IN FACT, A LITTLE EARLY). HE PUT BOOTIES OVER HIS SHOES FOR THE INSIDE WORK. KIM WAS POLITE AND TOLD US TO CALL IF WE HAD ANY FURTHER INCIDENTS PRIOR TO OUR NEXT REGULAR MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT. TO DATE, WE HAVE NOT HAD TO CALL THEM BACK

    Mr. Bugg's Pest Patrol had the termite bond on our house when we bought it. We've since had them install the Sentricon bait stations around our house. This has a quarterly inspection fee, but gives us peace of mind in regards to termites. I've typically done the regular bug spraying myself using a concoction I purchase from Lowe's. This year, maybe due to an unusually warm winter, I could not get rid of the ants and spiders. It was a losing battle. Then when we excavated the yard to build a garage the ground beatles moved in. It was the last straw. I called Mr. Buggs for professional help. They sent someone out the same day. Ken was very neat and professional. He treated all around the house and even took great care because I was concerned about my cats who roam the back porch and yard. The treatment seemed to do the trick because the bugs that I see now are already dead. A good bug is a dead bug. We've signed up for a quarterly program to prevent further problems. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company and would highly recommend them to others. And the fact they are located in Pelham does not prevent them from servicing areas north of Birmingham

    In the beginning, we had a large infestation of roaches. They worked with us, and really worked the house (particularly the kitchen) for several months until all the large roaches were gone. Now, it is rare that I see a roach at all inside my house. If I do, it is a baby roach. If I see one, I call and they come spray the next day. But like I say, that is rare

    Guy showed up. He had no ladder to get into my attic, so I supplied one. He wandered around inside and out and then told me they would have to use metal flashing throughout to seal up any place mice could enter...at a cost of close to $4,000. He offered no written estimate (despite the supposed precision of the estimate which was down to the penny.) He seemed to think there was a gap between the roof and the top plate of the walls all the way around of 3 to 4 inches. He said that was the way they built houses back when our house was built. I guess he thought I was stupid and didn't know anything about construction. He was wrong

    I have been using Mr. Buggs for 3 years for pest control and have been very pleased. I was using another company for my yard, trugreen, and they were horrible. They basically killed my $10,000 lawn. I decided since the pest control was spot on, I would give the lawn service a try. I met with the gentleman and had a laundry list of concerns about my lawn. I waited patiently, because of all the rain, and sure enough he showed up in a timely manner and remembered everything I said and had a plan for it.
