    Everything turned out great. The project got delayed by rain, but at the end of the week Juan was working on the wall, and in 4 hours had fixed the problem. Juan always kept me informed, cleaned up after the work was done and left with me wanting to hire him again.

    A prior owner had regrettably painted perfectly good exterior brick with white latex paint. I contacted multiple contractors who declined to take the job and spent many weekends and weeknights trying to get the paint off myself. SouthFace removed the paint in a few weeks with minimal roughening of a small portion of the underlying brick and mortar. The brick looks great again

    I was thoroughly impressed by this company. When Jose showed up to first inspect everything and I mean EVERYTHING. We'd done quotes with other companies prior to him and everyone that came out was there for maybe 5-10 minutes to take a couple quick measurements. Jose was there for a while making sure he got not just the measurements, but also looked into the slope of our land (we live on a hill) and how that would impact everything. I was immediately struct by how much more thorough he was compared to other people who'd come by. After we agreed to go with him, he scheduled us for only a couple weeks later and the job itself, despite being a large driveway, only took 3 days of actual work. Jose himself was on site for all the work. His price was comparable to the other quotes we'd received and we just felt like he actually cared about the job he was doing and it wasn't just one more stop on his to do list. I would highly recommend We Build It Construction to anyone and everyone. You won't be disappointed

    Johnny and Scott were great to work with! They showed up the morning of the day they said they would start, and finished 7 days later, exactly when they said they would finish. The entire crew was polite and professional. Once the job was complete, we did a thorough walk through and every detail was complete to our satisfaction. We had to order some shutters that did not arrive until the job was complete and Johnny picked them up for us, painted them and had them hung almost immediately. The final cost was exactly what the quoted estimate was, no more. We will be doing some interior renovations in the future and I will certainly give these guys a call again

    Johnny and his team did so many things at our house, I can't even remember them all! We initially needed him to paint and repair the exterior of our house, and also tear down an old deck and spruce up the brick courtyard underneath. When other things come up (as they usually do with an older house) he did most free of charge, or gave us a great rate. We definitely felt like he had our best interest at heart. We were preparing to put our house on the market, so we didn't want to sink a ton of money into something we would be leaving. All his hard work worked - our house sold 9 days after we put it on the market! Aside from everything looking great, Johnny and his team were so thoughtful and friendly. My 18 month old son and I were home most of the time they were here, and they were always very polite and clean.     They removed all the old storm windows, scraped and cleaned all the wood trim and windows of our historic brick house, repaired rotted wood, replaced loose glaze on wood windows, primed with an oil based primer, painted everything that was not brick, (two colors), and replaced cleaned storm windows. The crew did a great job. The house is very old and had not been painted in at least 20 years, they worked very hard to get everything prepped properly. They rebuilt several wood features on the eaves that were rotted. The foreman was very responsive to my concerns about paint color and type of paint. They finished in a reasonable amount of time and only took off when it was raining. The house looks almost new. In any case, I would highly recommend

    It took longer than expected. There a few things that they encountered but other than, the outcome was great. It was supposed to take three days but it took them a week. Part of it was shipment for concrete due to Covid and the rain over the weekend. Other than that, the job was completed and the results were good. My son is very happy with the outcome.     I contacted SouthFace for an estimate on replacing the siding on my home, exterior painting and repair some rotted wood sections. Johnny contacted me and scheduled a time to come and provide an estimate in a timely manner. The estimate was competitive and they were willing to work with my timelines as we were having a pool installed and needed to wait until the pool builder was finished before beginning the siding job. Once I gave SouthFace the notification that I was ready to begin the work they had materials delivered within a couple days and the demo/repair began the following week. I was pleased with the ease of communication with Johnny and his team during the work and we are very happy with the final product.
