Following a mold remediation in the basement of my house I was advised to have the ductwork cleaned. I called Crisafulli Bros. and set up an appointment for an estimate. A comfort specialist came and explained the process as well as other options I might consider all of which were very expensive. I decided on just the basic cleaning and a week later Larry from Crisafulli came to do the work. He explained in detail what he was going to do before beginning the job. The cleaning took almost the entire day, Larry did a very thorough cleaning and was very careful when going through all the rooms in the house in order to access the registers. He also checked the heating before he left to make sure it was working properly. The equipment used included a HEPA filtered vacuum which helped to clean the exhausted air. I would recommend Crisafulli Bros. for air duct cleaning.

Cliff telephoned to say what time they would arrive and was punctual. We reviewed the work to be performed by walking through the basement, garage, all hallways and both apartments in our high ranch home. They worked from upstairs to downstairs as a team to remove vent covers and scrubbing all vents and returns with the two large vacuum-like machines with long handle rottobrushes. After cleaning, they sanitized the system with an antimicrobial fog. They opened and resealed the ductwork in the basement. After completion, they showed us before and after photos. Theses gentlemen were personable and efficient - a pleasure to work with.

They are my heating and cooling specialists and I have a yearly contract with them. They are good but their prices are a bit high. The service people are very good. When I had an addition put on my house they did the ductwork. They have also done air duct cleaning. They installed a new water heater for me. I've been using them since 2003 or 2004.

Office Staff was helpful, prompt and professional...Technician was professional and prepared as well as friendly. I was prepared to have them do work but We chose not to have work done due to price and insurance claim status. We were not going to be covered for that amount However I would reccommend them to others due to their care and concern and professionalism.

Chris and Sean did a great, thorough job cleaning out the air ducts in our newly purchased home. Chris called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They were both incredibly kind and professional, and took their time to answer my questions. They attached a powerful vacuum collection device to the air handler in the basement – first the supply side and then the return side. While that vacuum was creating a strong negative pressure, each duct was cleaned individually. I could not believe the amount of dust, dirt, and pet hair that was cleaned out of the duct work! Recent Review: I like that they come in and start the job and finish the job. They don’t do part of it. They assign one guy to do it and he finishes the job. If you have issues, you have a person to deal with. They assign you a rep that works with you, that knows your system. Their service is unbelievable. We did have one issues but we called and they came out right away. They must treat their employees well because some of them have been with the company for a while.

Recent Review: Country Suburban came up with the best price for the same furnace as other companies; installation was timely, they were professional and punctual. It was July, though, so we really didn't get a chance to use the furnace until late fall. We're very pleased with the furnace, and that installation. The biggest issue was with the hot water heater; the hot water spitted and sputtered from day one. Several service people attempted various fixes that they seemed to be researching on their own, with no success. Months went by, and calls went unanswered. I finally went to the office with my complaints. I did have to leave a message there, though clearly management was in house. Steve did call back that day, and ultimately, they ended up installing a new HW heater. It did NOT solve the problem, however, and we're resigned to sputters throughout the day, and much poorer water pressure on the second floor. I'll be using Angie's List to find another plumber to see if we can solve this issue elsewhere!

I will be going to Adams for this install in the future, but not quite yet since we just bought the house. I compared estimates from several companies, and after working with each of them, Adams is far and away the best. I can't speak for their quality of work just yet, but knowing that good people will be working in my home is a great start. I'm confident their work will be exemplary, just as their service has been.
Recent Review: Called several Companies and RyanAire was the most reasonable. He wasn't scheduled until May 17th. He had a cancellation and knowing my situation (mouse somewhere in the duct) with a foul odor and came out on May 10th. Mr. Ryan and his helper (think Tim) were very professional and knew what they were doing. They found what duct the (dead) mouse was and removed it and cleaned the air duct system. They also cleaned their mess up. I WOULD use their services again and also recommend them.
