They have great communication skills -- from beginning to the very end. Explained what type of roofing material they would use and how it would be applied, etc, When the date was chosen, they were on site on time with a large crew. When we were told it would be 1 day, some people told us no way. But this company delivered what they said. They showed me what really was under my top roof layer; this presented an unexpected additional expense of what the situation really was like. They did a total roof replacement far better than what I had there before . IT WAS A BIG JOB. I was shown again when they were almost finished. The whole crew were hard workers and they cleaned up the whole area before they left. They protected our home windows as well as the neighbor's home side and windows. They also gave the best price of all the vendors we talked to. HIghly recommend this company. We spoke to Paul.

WE HAD SOME MISCOMMUNICATION WITH REGARDS TO THE GUTTER REPAIR, BUT JEFF WAS REALLY RESPONSIVE, AND THE ADDITIONAL WORK WAS FINISHED WITHIN A WEEK OF OUR DISCUSSION.

The roofers were punctual and completed the job in two days as promised. They also did a great clean up job each day.

The job went great, quality work, great price, great warranty and fit our tight schedule. Jason was a pleasure to deal with. He was the only contractor who stated up front we didn't need a whole new roof. Because we're looking to sell our house this summer we preferred to have the 20 y/o torch down replaced and were hoping to have the work completed by end of April. He was only one of two contractors who offered a torch down. All the others recommended EPDM with estimates $800-$2000 higher. Jason explained the job in detail and provide fascia options that resulted in easier long term maintenance. The original job included only the rotted gutter side fascia to be replaced but at the last minute I asked for the other two sides to be replaced as well. We agreed that I would reinstall the motion sensor flood light but Jason's crew reinstalled it at no additional cost because access to the wiring was easier while the fascia was being installed. The crew was friendly and did a great job keeping the work area and our yard clean during and after the work.

After successfully using Howard & Sons for a roof inspection on my home, I purchased a second inspection package for my sister's house in Watervliet, NY. I knew the main roof on her home would probably be ok because it was replaced less than 10 years ago, but I was concerned about a flat roof section she had on the back of her house. Matt's team arrived and did a thorough inspection of the entire roof. As I envisioned, the main roof was in fine shape, but the flat roof was in much worse shape than we anticipated. Apparently, the rubber roof installed 8 - 10 years ago was not installed properly and a significant portion of the wood and wood frames underneath were completely rotted out due to water leaks. I was originally hoping that the rubber roof would just need to be resealed, but unfortunately much of the wood frame had to be taken out and replaced.We worked with Matt and arrived at a price which I believe was fair. His team spent nearly two full days framing, then shingling the roof. They also put the gutters back on the house. Had we not done this inspection and had the roof and rotten beams replaced, larger problems might have occurred. Given the fact that a tough winter is forcasted, in all likelihood, any sizeable snow accumulation could have caused that old roof to collapse. The cost incurred is worth the peace of mind knowing my sister's complete roof is now in fine condition. Matt and his team were professional and courteous. Another important note, after they left, my sister's yard was immaculate. They picked up ever bit of rotten wood beams, old shingles and rubber roofing materials.

Paulo called very quickly and arrived after my work hours to inspect and give me an estimate. I hired him in less than a week and the crew was there shortly thereafter. Most of the work was completed the first day with about a week of off and on final finishing work, somewhat delayed due to rain. Crew was very respectful and cleaned everything up, removing all debris. Paulo communicated via text message, final inspection by Tom. Roof looks great and I highly recommend this company.

They stripped off 3 layers of old commercial grade flat roof down to the plywood decking. This was a on a residential building. They replaced it with an EPDM roof. They very professional and worked above and beyond to troubleshoot a leak around the chimney which was not part of the roof project. Overall a good experience.

The was to re-coat a roof and standing water issue in the middle of the flat roof near the drain. There was a minor complication, and Matt resolve it. The job was completed. The standing water appears to be fixed too.

We did our homework and also got other estimates but decided to go with Ally Roofing and are so glad we did. From our initial interaction with Dan Rodriguez, to our dealings with Jeff and the roofers who eventually did the work, we were very satisfied. Despite a couple of delays due to the weather, the job was done as specified. We were particularly pleased with the (almost) daily updates from Jeff keeping us in the loop. And when the job was completed, our property was left spotless; they totally removed all debris.
