  Sad to say, but it seems like it’s amateur hour at this company currently. I am a repeat customer and have been very pleased with them in the past, however my recent attempt at working with Jelly’s couldn’t of been more unfulfilling. It wasn’t their actual labor, I’m sure that is still fine...it was the scheduling part of it that was so frustrating. After being told 4 different times over a span of 3 weeks that somebody would be servicing my home...nobody ever showed up. I was also asked to text with the scheduler and the response time was also very subpar as sometimes it took multiple days to hear something back. Due to this, I have taken my business elsewhere

This was the second major renovation Bob did for us and we won't hesitate to call him again for any future projects. Our new master bathroom shower is fantastic! He worked with the designer at ProSource in Cranberry to help us select the perfect tile. The demolition of our old fiberglass shower and walls was done quickly and as cleanly as we could have imagined. He worked through some construction issues quickly and kept us informed throughout the project. He's an honest, dependable, and skillful craftsman.   I've had Kosta paint my place in the past. Excellent work for a completely reasonable price. This year I got an estimate for him to do more work for me, but after a while, I lost touch with him. I spoke with him this evening. Jim Kosta came down with COVID and has pneumonia. To make matters worse, his lead painter passed away, leaving him short of "command/management" staff, if you will. No wonder he was out of touch. He's not recovered yet, but I am confident that I will hear from him as soon as he is, and that he will do the work that I need to have done. Please be kind.
