John was at my house an hour later, replacing the springs. And he had the door fixed <90 min after I first called him. He didn't charge me extra for a rush job or an after-hours call. He was friendly and professional. And he looked over my entire garage door and opener setup, and noticed a bracket that is starting to wear out. (He wasn't trying to upsell. I inquired about weekend surcharges and after being told there was none, I scheduled the work. Derek arrived Sunday within the quoted time slot. Since both garage doors were the same age, I asked Derek to replace the springs on both doors. After discussing the current rollers, I also asked they be replaced.
