  It's with a heavy heart that i submit this horrible, yet honest review about a company owned and run by folks i considered friends for over 20 years. I have several properties and they were always helpful and knowledgeable when it came to pumping jobs. My mistake was to think that would translate well to a somewhat complicated system replacement design and install. Although Michael is knowledgeable about the technical aspects of systems and equipment, his management skills are very much lacking. Poor communication and bad advice about what to expect caused me to lose rental income at the service site. Allowing workers to dump debris across a clearly marked property line, apparently to save time, not reconnecting gutter downspouts and telling me that he did, was really hard to believe. They also installed outflow pipes above ground, exposed to freezing temps and system crash, all of which I had to pay others to repair. They also cut clearly marked utility lines. When I documented my grievances, Michelle, the "heir to the throne" did not even bother to read it, and subsequently filed a mechanics lien on the property. Unbelievable. Now I have to legally fight former friends for an equitable end to this nightmare. My advice, pumping and small jobs yes, grade A. Beyond that, better keep looking
