  This is the second time that we have used AOS, and they have been great on both occasions. The recent repair involved a broken gate post that prevented our gate from closing which created a security situation for our parking lot. Even though Jeff and AOS were heavily booked, they managed to squeeze us in given the safety implications. We have been very impressed with both their customer service and their work! They have certainly become our go to fence contractor

  Alex and his team is great. I interviewed 5-6 different contractors to install Aluminum fence in my backyard, and glad to hire Alex and his team for the job. They are very professional and did great job. There were a few panels that I didn't like the way they laid out (by the time, they were already installed). I brought that up to Alex, and he made the changes immediately with no words, even had to take him extra works. I would highly recommend Redwood if anyone is looking for fence installer

  Need A Fence Company installed a wooden fence in our yard in the fall of 2020. We were very happy with the installation process and our finished fence. We received many compliments from neighbors, and referred several people to the company as a result. Unfortunately, soon after install we noticed that the latch on the gate was not bolted to the posts, but was shimmed in with some scrap wood. Due to our 1 year warrantee, we contacted Need A Fence to set up a repair of the latch on 8/22/21. We checked in again via email on 9/7/21 and 10/24/21. We received responses that they would repair it, but that they were behind in repair tickets. We certainly understand, and were willing to be patient. However, 2 months seemed to be a little extreme for a quick fix of a lock, so we contacted Need A Fence via phone on 11/1/21. We received a voicemail from Ed saying that it should be taken care of by the end of the following week. This was not done. We contacted them again via phone on 11/12/21, and received a response on 11/15 from Justin saying that they'd get to us as soon as they can. We called again on 11/28, 11/29, and 11/30. We received a text from Justin on 11/30 saying that we were still on the top of the list to repair first and "it will be done by the end of the next week at the VERY latest". This "deadline" was 12/10/21, almost a week ago. The fence was not repaired, nor have we received further communication. It has almost been 4 months since we first contacted Need A Fence about this repair. We were willing to be patient, as we understand that many businesses, small businesses especially, are short staffed and doing the best they can. However, given the fact that this repair will likely take 10-15 minutes, we had a 1 year warantee, and it's been almost 4 months, this has left a very bad taste in our mouth

The team was responsive, helped us to select a great material, was able to leverage existing framing (saved us money) and ensured the new deck was reinforced with updated support posts.   My first encounter with United Structural Systems company ( USS) was last year, when I had to face the decision which company I go for foundation repair at my house in West Virginia. It was equal bids on my project from two companies USS and Alltek. Unfortunately for me, I made the decision to go with Alltek Environmental Services company at that time. Foundation repair was finished in August 2019 by Alltek (please read my review, that I placed separately for Alltek). 48,000 dollars payment later foundation been done. I finally be able to place my house for sale this year and come to realization, after inspection is done on the house, that it is a presence of water leak in the storage area. I could not believe, how it is possible, when the foundation repair was just done 8 months ago. I guess, things were not done properly after all. After numerous attempts to contact Alltek company, I finally be able to get the response with another promise to “fix it” in the amount of $9,200 or later for free…if I take off my review of their company from homeadvisor.com. Lack of professionalism, poor craftsmanship and PR was major disappointment for me. To be honest, after I been treating inferiorly by Alltek, I did not have any desire to go back to the same company. I was looking for second opinion how to resolve these issues. I decided to reach out again United Structural (who I was hoped to remember me from last year) and explain my dilemma. Bobby K. (Sales Manager for USS) come to the rescue! He was willing to give me his unbiased opinion on the situation. Bobby K, “commander in charge”, went to the house and informed me, that “downspout lines were never installed, the part on top of the ground went nowhere and tie back patch was poor quality”. Simply put it, Alltek did a mediocre job. I immediately made the decision go ahead and proceed with United Structural Systems company for repair of the mistakes. I cannot say enough praise for the USS company and manager Bobby K. This re-du project was done in timely matter, communication was superior ( needless to say I live out of state and it was never an issue), area after the job was clean up to perfection and…the garage/storage area now look dry bone and beautiful. Awhhhh... maybe I should not sell my house after all?! I have a buyer on the house, and I am closing in 2 weeks and can say with all honesty, I could not do that without United Structural help. It was exceedingly difficult situation for me, and it was resolved by USS company with flying colors. Thank you again USS. I recommend you without any hesitation!!!   After 35 years, our deck needed to be replaced. It is a huge deck that stretches across the entire back of our home. The job also included new stairs to our backyard and some other miscellaneous work. Troy, Zak, and the entire team did an outstanding job from demolition to rebuild. They exceeded our expectations!
