The employees, from the office manager, to the care providers, to the owner, respond to my inquiries patiently and quickly. I love that I see the same crew throughout the year knowing that my concerns will be quickly and professionally addressed. My landscape has never looked better. IMPORTANT NOTEWORTHY DETAILS - Happy Roots goes so far beyond the service contract! If there is a sudden change in weather I receive an update on steps I may need to take - always giving me the option of having them come to my home to take care of things. Normal yearly services like aeration are scheduled by me at my convenience on their calendar when I get the reminder that the weather and conditions are appropriate, Finally, there are many different contract levels from a basic mowing type of package up to the service I love which is complete lawn care. In all the many years I have been a homeowner, I have never had a service that meant more to me than Happy Roots

    My HOA contracted with Longs Peak for the 2021 landscaping season. They were to mow weekly, clean up yard waste weekly, and do a major fall cleanup. Longs Peak sold their business to Green Earth Midwest LLC, who doesn't seem to have a business name besides Longs Peak. Green Earth mowed and did almost no clean up during the season, and did about half of the fall cleanup they were contracted to do that we paid them for. If you want a landscaping service that does no clean up that you have contracted for, these are the folks you want. If you want the ugliest most unkempt landscaping in town, hire these people

Caleb was responsive, informative, decisive and efficient in his plan of attack, he was punctual, he planned his work to minimize our time without water, and once the work started - in the snow - he moved quickly but neatly to make the repair. The repair was in a gravel driveway in the snow and he leveled it back out nicely. He provided a 1-year warranty on labor. Overall great experience
