Jeff Dykas Screens, LLCI LOVE MY NEW SCREENS! Thank you so much, Jeff! I sent Jeff a message about potentially replacing a few of the panels and/or all of the screens on my outdoor screen enclosure. He was extremely responsive and came out the next day giving me a quote for both options, each of which were extremely reasonably priced and has a great warrantee. He did not put any pressure for me to make a decision and I asked him to replace all of the screens. He was able to work me in the following day and he and his partner finished the work in one day and even worked through the pouring rain to finish the job. I am super happy and impressed with his knowledge, workmanship and the great quality of his screens which will keep out the mosquitos, no-see-ums and pine needles that had come through my previous screen. He has great communication and took the time to answer all of my questions for screen maintenance. This is an absolutely genuine review from a happy customer, he did not ask for or incentivize any type of review.- MICHELLE M.

Certified 360, LLCJosh did a fantastic job fully enclosing our back patio. I did not want the room to look like it was an afterthought. I wanted real walls with French doors and windows. I have a beautiful additional room now with A/C exchanges and high quality windows, doors, and a Travertine floor. The work was done quickly, but quality was definitely not compromised, and the price was competitive. They even completed a few details I didn't expect, but are definitely appreciated--like intuitively placed electrical outlets--beyond inspection requirements. *Picture does not do it justice--the French doors angle is beautiful too! Lake Shore Contractors, Inc.Lakeshore has performed several projects for me. The largest was a large open carport, it is beautiful! I hand out their cards all the time to people asking who built it. A second project was our laundry room. The scope was ceiling, walls, flooring, and trim. We are very pleased with the result. There have also been smaller remodels of a couple of investment properties. I appreciate the professionalism, the regular communications, and the collaboration to determine options of scope, materials or service in order to have the job fit within my budget. Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him.

Russell and Scott made it clear from the outset that they would charge a fair price for quality work and they delivered! They were very careful to ensure that the interior environment was never exposed to the outside so that we were able to keep the A/C on and to keep the dirt and bugs from getting inside the house while they were working. Scott and the team diligently worked to repair and replace all the damaged parts of the house. Russell selected one of the most competent and thorough companies to re-apply the stucco to the home. Russell even assisted us with some additional side projects (wall repair and fixing missing molding under kitchen countertop) that needed attending to and we were happy with the end results.
