  Ricky renovation painting llc The quoted start date was Friday 10/8/21, and finished on Monday 10/11/21. First day he showed up late, forgot most of his stuff including his ladder and asked to use mine. Started pressure washing the house and only did about half if it before he left for the day. He didn't show up the second day after reaching out to him. He came late Sunday and still dident finish washing the house. Then after going over the colors with him he mentioned the paint was not included in painting the house and would be an additional cost....Monday when he was susposded to be finished, he just started painting the house. He got about 1/2 way through and had to stop because he dident buy enough paint. So it's now Tuesday he showed up about mid  day to start painting again, and still haven't finished. It's now Wednesday and he's still not done. In the midst of him painting he some how broke the main waterline leading into our house and said nothing about it. My wife just so happened to go outside and get the mail when she noticed Mr Ricardo frantically pacing back and forth in the front yard on his phone. She asked him what was wrong, he then proceeded to tell her he broke the main waterline and had a plumber on the way to fix it.....its on thing to make a mistake and bring it to the owners right away to address it. But to say nothing and try to fix it with out anyone knowing is incredibly unprofessional. It's now going past day 3 of the completion date, we don't have running water in our house and he is now rushing to finish the painting. At 8pm he's still not done, there is trash everywhere and we have no drains attached to our gutters, to avoid any additional damages or mistakes I send him off for the night. It's now Thursday and he once again has shown up late to finish what little work he has left, which he dident do. There were screws missing from all of my gutters and none of them were attached to the house. He will also demand that you pay him directly and not his company????  Buyers beware, mr Ricardo seem nice and professional up front, but nice is about all you'll get from him. He did an ok job with the painting but, He is extremely un professional. I would avoid hiring him for any projects that you need done in a timely manner

It is hard these days to fins a company that communicates well and does what they say they are going to do. They are one j. A million for sure.
