  I cannot recommend Gilberto and his company, ALL CRAFT EXPRESS, enough. We have had so many projects around the house done before all with bad experiences, but this is the first time we are happy with everything. Gilberto listened, and he even worked with us to help us to save some money when we decided to add an automotive gate. His people are friendly and professional. The most important, his people do quality work. In addition, he's happy to fix things to match our expectations. He also surprised us with the range of projects that he can handle. At first, we were only thinking about hiring him to redo the driveway and build the carport, and then he quickly earned our trust to redo the front porch. The railing around the front porch is amazingly done. We are ready to hire him to do our next project, landscaping our backyard

  I am very pleased with the work Landscape Innovations did for me. Mike was professional, easy to work with and attentive to my needs. He and his crew completely redid my flower beds in the front and back including clean out, organic soil, black fabric, mulch in the front and rocks in in the back. They were timely and neat and everything looks great! Mike also coordinated a new fence for me with his fencing company contact and it is beautiful! I love my new yard and highly recommend Landscape Innovations if you are looking for quality work and fair prices

  I called J Bell Services out to find and fix sprinkler issues resulting from the recent freeze. They did a brief assessment of the system and reported several heads needed to be replaced. The estimate was between $150 and $200,; but the actual costs would be based on actual labor time and parts. The final bill came to $329.90; $190 for 2 hours labor; plus an additional $130 in parts. My issue is that the parts they charged me $130 for have a total retail cost of $14.61 at Lowes. This means they marked the costs of the parts up almost 900%. When I later challenged this, (as the normal contractor markup on parts is between 50% tp 100%). I was told that this was absolutely nonnegotiable. Having owned my home for over 20 years, I know what to expect for normal parts markups and this is completely unacceptable. I feel this is a total ripoff and will not use this company again or recommend them top anyone
