    Adam and his crew trimmed our ficus trees, Mexican fan palms, and citrus trees. The trees look manicured, not butchered. They spread out new DG, replaced bender board, repaired some irrigation leaks and landscape lights, and planted new plants. All done in 2 days. Adam was very responsive, easy to communicate with, had a positive attitude, and priced his work very reasonably (we got bids from several people). It was a great experience from start to finish

    Great Great Great!!! I had let my trees go for way too long and was worried about the Sycamore - love it and was worried a major trim could be hazardous in the wrong hands. Plus there was over 6 inches of leaves all over my property. They did an absolutely phenomenal job on that tree. It is a work of art - several neighbors have even commented. The Chinese elm was terribly trimmed a few years ago and now was trying to grow into my bedroom window. They did what they could to right the previous wrong and it looks graceful. The elderberry is supposed to be a bush, but mine had grown into a huge tree taking up about 20 feet of my yard. - the lower branches were all dead. It looks very healthy now. I think the birds miss their dead branches though. In addition they cleared up an overgrown side yard, took all the leaves and downed branches, got rid of a dead bay tree, and did their best on a pepper tree that keeps coming back. Also cleaned up after themselves - including the roof and the gutters on the side of the house they worked. Took 6 guys most of a day but what a relief

    I was very pleased with the service I received from Del Mar Landscaping. The appointment was scheduled promptly and the workers showed up on time and did what was nothing short of a fantastic job. They also went the extra mile and cleaned up my front yard as well when only the back yard was scheduled. This greatly pleased me, and even with that they finished all the work early and left my yard looking great; free from any fire danger due to it's previously over grown condition. The workers were punctual and were very pleasant to work with as they were most accommodating to any suggestions or concerns I had. I would most definitely hire them again and would also recommend them to friends and family! Because of the above comments I gave them the highest rating I could give, and wish to thank them for a job well done

    Del Mar Landscaping was fantastic. The yard was cleaned out, tilled and ficus trees were removed in one day. Next few days consisted of removal of the old fence and installation of the sprinkler system. New sod was being installed by the weekend. This work would have taken me a month to do on my own. It's not been a month and I am still in awe. I love our lush green yard. I was so happy with the service that we have actually taken on Del Mar's weekly landscaping service. Thanks Conrad

    My husband and I are thrilled with our new backyard! From the beginning Andrew understood our needs and worked on a design that would give us more usable space for our family gatherings. Andrew is jus wonderful to work with! He is attentive to your needs and concerns and has an incredible vision for hardscape design and landscape. Once the design was done, they had to demolish existing cement and level our whole backyard to have more usable space. They installed pavers, lighting, gas lines for our fire pit and grill and landscape. It all came together even better than we ever imagined! The whole team was led by our project manager, Alvaro, who is a pleasure to work with. Every worker that was brought in was professional, punctual, and tidied up before they left for the day. Alvaro was always responsive and accommodating with the changes that we thought needed to be done along the way and still the project was completed on time and within the budget. We wish we could give more than 5 stars and cannot recommend this company enough! Hiring California Smartscape was the best decision we could have made and one we will enjoy for many years to come!
