    Having worked with Ranch Roofing five years ago, I was more than comfortable in having Bob’s team (Todd and Ryan) come back out to finish the rest of the roof work on a large house. The initial job included not just a beautifully installed architecture roof but a skylight, removal of gutters and building out soffits. The most recent job was to complete the roof replacement on the second part of the house, take down the gutters and rehang them (under the roof). Once again, everything was quick and very clean. Ranch Roofing worked the schedule and coordinated to allow the siding team (O’Sullivans) to finish and then come back to complete the gutter work. Bob doesn’t usually do gutters but since the job required rehanging UNDER the roof, he insisted that the quality was up to his expectation and had it done by his team. The only mishap was a young tree damaged during the work but Ryan brought it to my attention immediately and offered to replace. I guess I should also thank Mr. O’Sullivan Sr for teaching his sons (Bob and Tim) on the skills and pride of their work. A nod to Todd for always being available for questions

Not only do they do a great job with the work itself, as people they’re all plain and simply “good guys”. Every time the completed projects have been highest quality and if there was ever an issue they’ll go out of their way to make it right quickly. I’ve not once needed to worry whether work would be completed, or if corners were being cut, and that type of peace of mind is so important in my decision to hire AR Home Renovation Corp again and again.     Andre is an absolute professional. He shows up on time, is honest and will not leave until not only the job is not only done, but when it is perfect. Andre is a perfectionist in his craft and genuinely cares about making sure everything he touches is as good as it can possible be. He had installed two custom hand built closets that were extremely tricky to cut out due to the roof line of the wall. He has also helped with an extensive gut renovation, managing and overseeing a 6 feet dig out and under pinning of a 200+ year house.     I would not recommend them. Initially it appeared they did a good job on my rubber roof, so I hired them again for full gutters, which they subcontracted out. Within the year I had a large leak develop behind their new gutter. They acknowledged the problem but it took months, and constant badgering by email and phone, to get them to come back and fix the problem. They tried a temporary fix with sealer, which failed in weeks, and then it took weeks longer to get them to come back and install a fascia apron. The next year, my rubber roof leaked where they had flashed it. Again it took months to get them to come back and look at it, with constant badgering. When they came back they applied a copious amount of sealer and told me that I had a rot problem with a wooden railing that I would need a carpenter for, and that they would send me photographs and suggestions for repair. They never replied after that, and the leak continued despite their sealing attempt. I finally gave up and found a new roofer, who tells me that they did an inferior job in the first place, and the repair is costing me thousands of dollars

    Gleyson was my main contact for the job. I received several quotes around the same price, but Vellox came recommended from a friend that had their roof done by Vellox. Gleyson came and did an initial quote, he measured the house, asked me what specific roofing tiles/color I wanted and based on those he gave me a quote a few days later. I paid a 50% deposit and we went from there. I was on a time crunch since I was going on vacation soon so he was able to accommodate my timeline. His crew showed up bright and early, they started around 7:00AM and was done at and cleaned up at 4:30PM. This review is a year later and after a winter of snow, summer/spring of rain I have had no issues

    Steve and his team did an amazing job removing 4 layers of roofing and installing a new roof from my house! I can’t believe they did the entire job from start to finish in 1 day!
