    Contacted The Pros about our grading and drainage issues, and before anything else, they asked us what our budget was, which we considered to be a good sign. That we were able to schedule the work within a month was also a bonus. The quote was laid out very clearly, and in detail, so when Salo and his team actually were onsite, they knew what they were doing. The work was originally only supposed to take 2 days, but with the shortening days in late fall, it stretched into 4, but they stayed on until everything was done and cleaned up. All in all, we were very happy with the work Salo and his team did for us, and the aestethic and infrastructural improvements to our property were remarkable

    I contacted E&D Fencing in mid-June 2021 and I heard back from Elcio within a day, and he was able to come by a day later. During the visit to our backyard, Elcio listened to my ideas for a white PVC picket fence, took measurements, and explained how he is different from other fence companies: he emphasized that his estimate for when he could install the fence would be accurate, as he keeps inventory on hand, as opposed to some other companies that do not, which allows him to give accurate ETAs for installation, and to be able to install quicker than other vendors. I emailed a total of about 8 fencing companies in the area, and about 6 got back to me, with about 4 coming to visit and later give a quote. One was almost twice E&D's quote, and one was about 25% cheaper but they didn't have inventory on hand so would have me wait 3 months or more. And I was impressed with Elcio's professionalism and his explanation of how his company works, so we went with E&D. Once we paid a deposit of 50% of the quoted cost, he was able to reserve our materials and schedule us. Although he was already very booked up for the summer, he was able to fit us in about 4 weeks out, depending on the weather. He was able to complete the install around that timeframe, and it was all done in one day by a crew of about 5, including some senior crew members who had decades of fence installation experience. They carefully dug down about 2ft per post, using shovels, and were careful to avoid septic and irrigation lines. They also followed my installation layout/design quite well. I highly recommend Elcio's E&D Fencing if you need a high-quality fence installed. -Will Acton, M

    We were very happy with the results of our landscaping project done by Macauley Brothers. The new paver walkway looks fantastic. The front lawn was graded and and seeded and new grass started to appear just 4 days after it was sown. Grading was a challenge due to the roots of a large silver maple on one side but the crew was able to tackle it. The planting of the 8 ft arborvitaes required the removal of a few new sections of fence. The trees look great and the fence was put back up without a problem. Bernie Macauley was so easy to deal with from the initial estimate through completion. His crew was AWESOME too: polite, hard working and asked questions during installation to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. The office staff communicated well too, keeping us appraised of start dates and working hard to source the exact Techno Bloc material that we wanted. Not an easy feat during the production issues and high demand caused by the pandemic. I highly recommend Macauley Brothers. Book early as this good landscaper's dance cards fill up early

    Process with Jim, the owner, was smooth. He came out promptly to estimate and provided a very competitive quote. My job was relatively small, so was worried contractors wouldn't follow through, but he provided detailed contract after followup discussion and crew was able to come within 2 weeks. Guys did a great job, fences look seamless. Cleaned up everything at end. Crew also did some minor wood fence repair while I had them. Excellent! Won't hesitate to use again

    I wasn't going to leave a review but since I haven't gotten my deposit back here goes......We went with a recommendation from Angie's list for this company. The person who came out to give the estimate was great and we were happy with the price. Agreed to the estimate on April 13, 2021 and gave a deposit. Didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. Finally got a date of June 3rd for install. The night before, received an email they wouldn't be out June 3rd. Asked for deposit back and now still waiting for deposit back and no one wants to return my emails
