This project was not easy. The entire house was not easy to prep. The house was in severe need of partial new siding replacement and was 80 years old. There was a lot of detail molding work to prep and the siding itself had profiles that needed preparation. The work that Tito's crew did on my home has been absolutely great. All the wood joints were tight and all materials were installed the way they should be. The prep work on the balance of my home was meticulous. The paint specified was the paint used on the property. At all times, the crew was curtious, friendly and respectful to me and my neighbors. They took care and covered my neighbor's cars when painting or priming. My neighbors have stopped me to tell me they thought the crew was very nice to them, and that they loved the work that was done. More than one has asked me for Tito's contact information. I had a great experience with this company, and cannot recommend them enough.

If I went on about how I really feel, it would sound like a paid advertisement. The best description I can use for Felipe Colon, is that he is a true professional. All work was subject to a formal proposal, labor agreement and invoice, so no surprises. Required deposits were nominal. He even advised me that I overpaid on a job. The jobs were completed on time, sometimes beyond the scope of the work order. In other words, no nickel and dimeing. He even called the one time he was going to be a bit later. We had a few "chefs" in the mix, but he answered all questions with patience and respect. I've uploaded a picture of the new porch. We have received a number of oohs and ahs regarding the result. This is my guy!

It went well considering the project was just started when we had our 'winter storm' and the holiday season was upon us. Some delays because of that, but not because CCC wasn't on their game, completely weather and/or holiday related. Nir is easy to work with and made good suggestions. I made an appointment with the company and they didn't show. I called and they would apologize, set up another appointment but the technician once again didn't show up. This happened about four or five times before someone finally came to do the repair. They apologized once again and told me that the company was in the process of changing hands which is why there was so much confusion.

David made sure to explain what was happening as he completed the project, and worked with me on the best way to address some issues that were uncovered as the old roof was removed. Recent Review: After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. It has added several additional months to our porch usage in our short Minnesota summer seasons. I highly recommend this product for any new screen porch or porch renovation job!
