Description of Work
Antonio and his crew replaced the siding on my home's exterior, as well as replacing rotted trim boards. He also rebuilt the deck and resupported the structure of the deck, and added decorative latticework around the exterior storage area. It was quite an extensive exterior renovation. He also had his crew refinish the wood on interior skylights on our enclosed porch.

Description of Work
"How much we spent" includes mainly labor only, heating, electrical and hardwood flooring. It does not include things like kitchen cabinets, design work, sinks and faucets, counter tops, doors n' tile. Maybe that's obvious for most people but calling it out for those that are new at this. Sunroom - demo'd three season porch down to the stud, installed walls, fixed structural beam, leveled floor, new electrical,hardwood flooring, replaced door to garage added forced hot water heating to existing loop. Kitchen - demo'd down to the studs, removed several walls, removal of kitchen tile, added a support beam between sun room and kitchen for an open concept, all new electrical,all new plumbing and heating completely redone. Rerouted plumbing for bathroom that was above kitchen, hardwood flooring, Cabinet installation and back splash tile. Patched and repainted ceilings. Installed new window, all new interior trim...there's way more here that he did for us because he wanted it done right that we weren't charged for but these are main items. Hall way - removal of old tile, re-tiled, new base trim, and installed 4 new doors, patched and repainted ceilings.

Completely demolished dining room walls and ceiling. Opened doorway to living room and installed French doors. Insulated dining room and replaced all electricity in room. Radiator removed. All new walls, wood baseboards/trim/crown molding, doors, heating and lighting in room were installed. Small areas of hardwood floors were repaired and refinished. All walls and woodwork were painted.
