We hired a company to turn our bath and shower into a full walk in shower and it was a disaster from the get go. I finally terminated that contract and began searching for someone qualified to the major screw up. Charles with Vastine Remodeling responded in a few minutes and had a reasonable quote to me within 1 day. His team was extremely professional and friendly to my family and I. It wasn't long before you could consider these guys friends. They were awesome day in and day out, and worked nonstop until the job was complete. Carlos, the tiler, is an expert in his field. His attention to detail shows in every aspect of his work. From the way he carries himself, to the work he does, he is top notch! Cindy in the showroom was very attentive and helped throughout the entire process, from tile and grout selection, to ensuring we were in the know throughout the entire project. And the helpers were also professional and very helpful in ensuring a safe and clean workspace for them, and living space for us. Do not hesitate to give them a call! Scheduling and completing a safe and distanced virtual consultation was a breeze! It was very nice to work with someone who remembers your specific house and tastes.     Phillip came out and gave me an estimate. He explained the window construction and mechanism in details and answered all the questions. It took about 4 weeks after I signed the contract for the windows to come. Mike, the owner, called and since it was convenient for me, they came and installed the windows the next day. Debbie was very punctual in answering my emails. Jason and Bob were very good at their job installing the windows. It took them 5 hours to install 9 large windows. There was a third person who kept cleaning and vacuuming the area as they installed the windows to keep the dust to a minimum. They were very professional and worked quickly, but thoroughly. I liked the fact that I did not have to remove the blinds and reinstall them after the windows were replaced. They took care of everything. They cleaned the area outside and inside very well and rearranged the furniture they had to move. These are very good quality windows and the vinyl does not look cheap. The windows operate very smoothly. Though I had received several quotes that were lower than AWP, I decided to go with AWP mainly because they seemed knowledgeable about windows and employ their own installers. They were highly recommended to me by a friend and I have in turn have recommended them to my neighbor. I would highly recommend AWP. I am still waiting to get the Windstorm inspection completed but Debbie has assured me that someone from the inspection office will call to schedule it at a convenient time for me

    The initial visit with Philip Wright to obtain the price quote was very pleasant and informative. The windows were ordered and delivered within the time agreed to. The installation crew of Daniel, Tony and Mario arrived right on time and removed and replaced the 7 windows within 3 hours of their arrival. They did a great job, being sure they cleaned up the broken glass and debris resulting from removing the old windows. They also removed and replaced all window drapes and blinds, basically putting everything back the way they found it. It was a great experience

    We found out about Advanced Windows from several of our neighbors who had wonderful experiences with them. Philip came to our house very promptly (In fact, the clock struck 11:00 on the dot when he arrived). He explained and answered all of our questions very professionally and gave us quite a bit of his time. The crew was just as punctual and worked very efficiently. They did not make any mess at all. It only took about 3 hours and all 8 of our windows were replaced. We love the windows. It really adds to the value of our home not only in efficiency, but in looks. We can't say enough good things about our experience from the first meeting with Philip till the windows were completed. You would never have known that the crew had been here except for the beautiful windows that were put in.-No mess was left. What a great company to do business with

On the day of the replacement, Gary was prompt, and kept me in the loop every step of the way, and addressed all of my concerns.     I was in the market for plantation shutters but after Hurricane Harvey I found it impossible to get trustworthy contractors out to our house for a quote on the work we needed done. After quite a bit of research and multiple quotes I began to think that plantation shutters were not the way to go and way out of my budget. Luckily for me I stumbled upon a small local company right under my nose in Dickinson TX - Blind Designs & Shutters (also known as Blinds & Shutters) I contacted them for quote and Adam returned my call right away. During the initial quote Adam showed up on time, very neat and clean in appearance and provided suggestions. Very affordable price for real basswood, not plastic or composite. An added selling point: the shutters are made right here in Texas not overseas with only a 4 week wait, not 8 – 10 weeks like the other quotes. This is very important to me. After a short conversation I realized these were the guys for the job. We decided to give Adam and his crew a try because he impressed me with his attitude towards our job. Blind Designs and Shutters proved to be very predictable as they showed up every day according to schedule with the correct equipment, skill set and work ethic to complete our job on time. Adam promptly notified me on the status of our job and even worked around our busy work schedule when an out of town work trip popped up. The installer Edgar and his crew worked inside our home while I was at work and cleaned up the job flawlessly like nobody had been there. The installation of 9 shutters only took less than 30 minutes. I can’t find one thing I dislike about this job. No issues at all!
