    The whole process of dealing with J Ross Creations was a very positive experience. Our house already had some plantation shutters and we wanted to match those. Justin and Nova were very good about communicating, always quick to respond to any questions and keeping us up-to-date with the production facility's progress. The new shutters are beautiful and they match perfectly. Some of my windows were a challenge due to not being perfectly straight, and Justin did a remarkable job of fitting them. He is a perfectionist and really takes the extra time to to an excellent job. I highly recommend J Ross Creations and will be using them again for some other rooms in my house

    We received several quotes for whole house plantation shutters, with 3" wide louvers and no tilt rods. Acadia's proposal process was excellent - informative, but not high pressure. Once we committed to the purchase, we made a 50% deposit and were told that delivery would be 10-12 weeks. Acadia called us about 8 weeks later to say that there had been a cancellation and scheduled us for the following week. Installer Brian arrived on the expected day and completed the job in a most professional fashion: not intrusive, willing to work around my WFH family member, and leaving a clean job site. An excellent experience all around, and my new shutters look fantastic

    This is the greatest team they have became part of our family !! Everyone that came to work on our project were nice and kept us informed of what was going on.we had 3 bedrooms built and a full bath. We have two autistic children , when there was going to be loud noises they would let us know so we could explain it to the children.i am almost sorry the project is over because we will miss these great hard working people. Dan, Travis and Camile are AMAZING at handling problems, not hiding them, and coming up with a solution. My project was finished months ago, but my towel rack kept coming loose.
