  I hired Bobby's Tree Service to remove 4 very large trees from my backyard. From the time I called them to the day they arrived, they were nothing but kind and professional. They came to my home on 6/9/21 and arrived on time. They immediately started working. I asked to add a few things to my original estimate and Jerry said no problem. I was completely satisfied with the new cost. Those guys worked their tails off. I never saw them take a break, other than their lunch break. I felt so bad since the humidity that day was terrible. I supplied them with water and each time they thanked me. When they were finished, they cleaned up the mess and even seeded and laid straw down. In my line of work, I deal with several vendors on a daily basis and none of them compare to the guys at Bobby's. I am already planning my next appointment with them and would not even consider calling another company. They are certainly worth every dime I paid and will do it again!!!   1-Very professional 2-Courteous 3-Extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing 4-Did the work asked for at the price agreed upon. Even went above and beyond. Cody is young, but he has a lot of experience. He's been doing this since he was 12 years old. He learned from a master, and it shows. Tree work is not cheap. Know that going in. Some people are cheaper than others, and some will tell you a price and try to change things afterwards. This company does not do that. I got a written agreement of what was to be done. I recommend marking trees with a ribbon, such as a blue ribbon if the tree is to be taken down, and a red ribbon if the canopy is to be lifted, and confirm that with the folks doing the work. It helps to prevent any misunderstandings. I got several estimates and this company was comparable. If someone comes in at a lower price, confirm that they are insured and confirm what they are going to do for the price

  Excellent work and would hire again. We got multiple quotes for fixing a muddy lawn, including a large well-known company that specializes in drainage, and we liked Two Brothers the best. Jose was very responsive, came quickly to give a quote, is professional and easy to work with. Work was completed in a timely manner and they did a great job.   I am not happy at all with this company. In the quote they said mowing, weedwacking but they missed weedwacking the entire side of my house even thought I showed them the weeds when they quoted me. Also mowed the lawn and mowed over sticks and branches. I have never had a landscaper not rake up when they were done and remove regular debris. Also went into my yard which is privacy fenced without having someone call or let me know to ensure that the dogs were in the house. If I hadn't heard them the dogs would've got out of the yard. Then because I wasn't happy with the service instead of trying to make this right and work with me he'd rather lose the business. I should of read reviews as I am not the first I see that had an issue with this company. Beware this company is not concerned with customer satisfaction he is only concerned with homeowners agreeing with him and if not he cancels your service. If I could give negative stars I would
