ScapeTech Landscaping & DesignMy husband and I decided it was time to replace the drip system in our yard, change our back garden to something that required less maintenance and find ways to enhance our front yard. We also needed to remove and replace two fully-grown Sissoo trees that had become invasive. A friend of ours recently had some yard work done and enthusiastically recommended Scape Tech owned and operated by Nick Rawlings. We contacted Nick and he took his time listening to our concerns while giving us design ideas to help enhance our yard and even save money. The first thing I have to say that I was impressed with was the work ethic of Nick’s team. They worked efficiently and quietly plus they cleaned up at the end of each day. Nick and his team exceeded our expectations and gave us a yard that we can enjoy with less maintenance. There were certain plants that I wanted to keep and Nick made sure they were incorporated in his final design. He accented a boring retaining wall with beautiful boulders and placed garden lights in places that gave stunning accents at night. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome of our yard and garden. Nick is a pleasure to work with and he really listens to what his clients want.- Sandra B.

Pinnacle Fencing SolutionsIt is not possible to rate this experience any higher ... Pinnacle Fencing exceeded all needs and expectations in every category of rating as provided here on Angie's List. Phone calls were promptly returned, questions were thoroughly and accurately answered. Estimates were provided on promised dates Work crew are obviously permanent members of the company. They were all here each day until job was completed. Custom requests were handled throughout reconstruction/repair with expediency. Quality of work is outstanding. In short, I've never experienced working with a company for home/property maintenance that was this good. Will definitely use again if any wall work is required, and would enthusiastically recommend to anybody needing their services.- David H.

Geo MasonryI had Geo Masonry tear down and replace old cinder block fence panels and rebuilt it. I then had them acrylic stucco the entire backyard. I was very pleased with work I had done. The fence repair and stucco looks amazing. They started the job within days and completed the work quickly. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely hire them again. I also had them cut a door through my slump block wall to access my garage from the side of my house.- Tommy W.

I obtained several estimates to have my side yards and back yard landscaped. This included a couple of irrigation lines, lots of pavers, and a bench constructed of stacked stone sides and a flagstone cap. Hawkeye Landscaping’s estimate was comparable to most of the others, but our interactions with the office staff and with Kelly distinguished them from their competitors. The office staff was professional and friendly, and Kelly was personable, knowledgeable, and seemed honest and sincere. Since we were having the landscaping work performed while we were out of town, these characteristics were crucial. The crews were punctual, proficient, and meticulous. Although I was not present at the job site, I was kept informed of their progress. The work was completed on time, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and pride in theircraft is evident. Most importantly, Hawkeye stands behind their work. We had a minor leak that was caused by a small pebble that had found its way into one of the sprinkler valves which resulted in the valve staying open. This was discovered late on a Friday afternoon, but there was a crew at my property promptly to repair it. I cannot say enough good things about Hawkeye Landscaping, and I would recommend them to anybody. They will also be my first – and only - choice for any additional landscaping work I need in the future.

I was very impressed with George and the father/son team at MagCor. I asked for a quote on some exterior work and George was prompt and thorough in his response. He walked me through the sequence of the repairs and delivered on every aspect of the project. The quality of his work was outstanding. I appreciated his flexibility in scheduling, and his reliability. When the project was completed, George took the initiative to repair and touch up some other parts of the exterior of our home that needed attention. Why? Because he had extra material and paint and didn't want it to go waste. He made several trips to a local paint store to be sure the paint color matched, according to our HOA's standards. He went above and beyond what I even asked for or expected. A true professional!
