    Absolutely unbelievable!! My garage door hardware was damaged. I called Charles at 10 AM to see when he could repair the hardware since I could not open the door without further damaging it. He told me that he could repair it the next day. I asked him if he could squeeze me in today. He said he would see how the other jobs went. He called me at 2 PM. He said he could fit me in in between another appointment, He arrived at 2:35 PM and my door was repaired by 3:20 PM!!! Charles is brilliant, efficient, friendly, and extremely talented. I recommend his company 100%-without hesitation

    A few years back, the garage door opener on our second garage door suddenly stopped working. The opener was installed in the 80's and was a custom install (rod length cut) due an obstruction by a large air duct. Thinking we needed a new opener, I called a few companies. After explaining the situation none were willing to come out and do the job. I was finally able to find one person that agreed to come out. He measured the length of the rail and said he would get back to me; he never did. So the garage pretty much sat unused for the next few years. After purchasing a new car a couple of weeks ago, I was determined to get the opener replaced. I found The Door Doctors via a recommendation on the Nextdoor app. A gentleman came out and I explained to him what happened. I mentioned that I thought the motor was burned out. He suspected that it was just the capacitor (a $10 part!). Sure enough, after replacing the capacitor, the opener worked!! I was extremely impressed by his knowledge but most of all by his honesty. He could've easily told me that the opener needed to be replaced to make more $. Instead he saved us a few hundred dollars! In addition, he said that if the capacitor fails again, he would apply a credit of the current service cost towards the install and replacement of the old opener. It's so refreshing to see that there are still honest businesses out there. Door Doctors has gained a life-long customer and I will recommend them to all my family and friends. A+ Highly Recommended

    I requested a garage door replacement from Jeremy Scales in March 2021. His first attempt at ordering the door resulted in panels which were the wrong size. He attempted to order again, and again he failed. He kept throwing around the phrase "manufacturer recommendations". This was a replacement door with a reveal (windows in the top panel). He was going to charge me for the panel he needed to order on his third attempt. The only thing I can give him credit for is he did put the money he had figured for labor to pay for the panel received from the third order. He installed the panels and the rest of the garage door elements and left without hooking the door back up to the opener. When I went to operate the door, it would not operate. I contacted him and he was apparently too busy to deal with me. I was able to figure it out on my own and get it hooked back up. However, now it would only close, leaving three inches open at the bottom. Finally, five days later he came to assess the door and repair the problem. He could not figure it out. He said he needed to research the issue and he would get back to me. Three weeks later, I contacted him and asked him what he was going to do with my garage door. He told me he had researched it and I need a new opener to fix the problem. He also informed me that as far as our agreement, he has met all terms and was now done with the job. I finally researched the issue and found that the opener had to be adjusted because he had raised the torsion bar approximately three inches. Now that I have completed that, I am now able to see he still failed to allow the reveal to show as it did on my previous garage door. I don't have the energy to deal with him any more. Even though my standards are apparently higher than his, I am going to just let him off the hook for the rest of the issues. I hope he prays for guidance to help him find a job he is good at. Garage doors aren't it. Hopefully the next home owners won't notice the difference between the garage doors
