We've had nothing but good experiences with this company. They just finished removing two dead trees, removing the stumps and even planted new ones that already look better. The crew was fast, professional, and did a good job cleaning up. Oliver Lester was great to work with and his knowledge of trees is extensive and detailed. Fantastic. Crew came in on a scheduled day, but due to excessive rain (extremely wet yard this winter), they decided to reschedule and bring a crane to avoid yard damage. Second time around they came in on time and the job was done in 2h or less. very pleased with the outcome

The work required the use of heavy equipment to lift the trees over the house. The work crew was efficient, polite and very professional. So far the tree is hanging on. They did a good job. They brought their chipper and chipped all the branches they removed and even trimmed some of my other trees. They cleaned up well and did a good job.

Lightning had struck an oak tree in my back yard. They did some trimming of the tree and fertilized it with the ultimate goal being to save the tree.

Last year I had ANOTHER tree service cut down a very large ill oak tree, they left huge pieces of the trunk scattered in the back yard, they destroyed my gutters and fence. I emailed Gregory Forrest Lester and someone came out the next to inspect the work and left me a written quite for services that needed to be done. Splitting the huge logs, chipping them and carting off the debris. He even offered to trim and level the existing trunk to the level of my fence so that it looked neat and tidy. He was very honest in telling me it may take up to 1 month to come out and do the job. Within 3 weeks I received a call the day prior to their visit again reviewing with me everything I wanted done. The day they arrived to complete the project I received another call from the crew that was at my home and wanted to let me know they were about to start the job asking if I needed anything else. To my delight, the yard looked wonderful and they left it as neat as a pin.

Great. Kevin is always great to work with for estimates and planning. He is ISA trained arborist and really knows his stuff. Barry, team leader, and Sean, lead tree climber, trimmer, etc... is great, efficient, quick, hard working, etc... as are all the crew members. We've used this service many times and will do so again in the future.
